Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cumberland

This place is usually good, staff usually polite and food usually done quick and accurate.

This time I showed up a few mins after the tracker said my online order was ready (one pan pizza), my name was on the screen saying my order was ready, I paid and stood there. After about 10mins I asked if my food was ready, as it (at this time) had said “ready for pickup” for 15mins.

Somehow they never made it, which I understand accidents happen. But my two issues are that I ended up getting a sloppy, hastily prepared pizza that was undercooked and not good (I specified well done in my order). And the tall white kid who was boxing all the orders wiped his nose with his fingers a bunch of times, touched his hair, face and shoulders and then resumed working with food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. He was clearly in a bad mood, throwing utensils around making a lot of noise and grumbling to himself. When he handed me my food he had a dirty look on his face and said nothing… like it was my fault for their mistake. My order was made at 5pm, the tracker said ready around 5:15, I arrived around 5:20, and I didn’t leave until 5:50. And this guy’s staring me down like he wants a fight.

The dark skinned girl who works there was nice and very apologetic for the wait, but some staff need to a serious attitude adjustment. I get that it’s dominos and all, but is there no standard of quality anymore. I don’t want to eat this food let...

I ordered a pizza for my mother and daughter and had it delivered to my house, i was still at work. On the instructions I said to place on the porch table and text me when it's out there. Well, it sat out there for over an hour (I got busy at work, but still had my phone with me) so when I finally looked at the status it said delivered an hour ago...we had pizza with meat on it, sitting out in the heat and humidity for that long. I ended up calling the store and asking why the directions were not followed, they confirmed that the directions were in fact on the slip, but that the manager would "find out why I wasn't texted" that was all. I finally said "so what do I do with this food? It was out for over an hour" he asked if I still had the original food, I said yes. He said he would make néw food and that he would deliver it personally (when i originally called he was out delievering pizza, so that was what he was covering for the night. I made sure I was outside this time. Then he took the old food back! I mean it was going in the trash anyways, but who does that? And I wouldnt have even received the new food if I didn't ASK for it! I haven't ordered from Domino's is several years, and now I...

I have ordered from this location on previous occasions and not had any problems. The staff is fine and there are usually not any issues.

This does not stand true for my last two orders, this week and last. One of the pizzas was missing chicken. When I contacted them this time to remind them that it had chicken on it and to please confirm it is there they were more than happy to oblige. When my fiance came home with the food, the second pizza we had ordered was made very wrong. It was a Large w/ extra white sauce, pepperoni, feta, and asiago. What was in the box was light white sauce, pepperoni, asiago, but no feta cheese. The pizza was far to dry to consume and at this point I am too frustrated to want to deal with this again.

Perhaps down the road I will revisit this location, but for now I am looking...
