Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cumberland

Not happy with this location and it’s the only one that will deliver to CF, ordered their new pepperoni cheesy bread with a medium pizza and soda. The cheesy bread came with no pepperoni. So I contacted the store to get a remake when I was talk by an employee to “text us a picture to confirm the order is wrong” which I find odd. I then get a message back from whoever’s number it is and they said “we will remake the order and get it right out” an hr goes by I call and get placed on hold for 3-4 mins to get the response of “ your order never left the store as we have more orders then drivers” Which I totally understand especially with football being back on. But someone should have called and said we are sorry we couldn’t get it out to you we can issue you a credit. But no i had to call and ask for one since no call was made. I then called to make sure a credit was issued thinking it would be in the app but didn’t see it. So I called and get immediately placed on hold for 10 mins. So I hang up and redial to where I get the voicemail for the store. Which again I find odd….. then I finally get in touch and speak with a “manager named Kyle” who said that I have to call in to get the credit, which is fine but would have been nice to know before hand. All in all not happy with this location as it’s again the ONLY dominos that delivers to CF. Store needs to get there stuff together that’s for sure and I hope this get looked at by...

I ordered pizza for dinner when I stayed at my sister's place. I ordered two pan pizzas, one with marinara sauce, onions and spinach. And another with the Parmesan sauce topped with onions and tomato. The Parmesan sauce pizza looked like it was more sauce than dough, we didn't even touch it. We had a few slices of the marinara sauce pizza and we both ended up with FOOD POISONING. I was so bad I was in urgent care the morning after a night of pain & trips to the bathroom. 2days later, I'm still experiencing discomfort.

I contacted the store for a refund upon leaving urgent care. After being hung up on, I was given the runaround by an employee that (at 1pm) there is no manager on sight till Wednesday and I'd have to wait till then to call. I asked if there was a corporate number to reach so I could speak to someone while I'm available. I was told no and there was no need to call corporate.

I called in today and spoke with her manager. She was monotoned and put in my refund without acknowledging anything that I had said to her. Considering you're running a restaurant, you'd think there would be some concern about food leaving your facility making people sick!!

I ordered using the online app because it's it's convenient during all this quarantine shutdown stuff when a lot of other pizza places or not operating normally. Desiree did the nicest job preparing my pizza and it looks like the pictures you see in advertisements. My pizza got to my apartment quickly and efficiently and Eduardo was really friendly and personable and made sure he was wearing a mask and was respectful and careful. Honestly I was only using Domino's because the other pizza places are tough to get ahold of but this branch did such a nice job I actually stopped eating my Pizza to write this review because I felt like they deserved it so much! In think even when other pizza places start operating normally I will still order from this Domino's because they always do a great job preparing the food and the service rocks! Domino's!
