McDonald's — Restaurant in Cumberland

This McDonald's is by far the worst in the area! The only reason they have a 2 star is because they have one younger female manager who has been there for years and she is super nice and friendly always. Other then her every single employee and manager that works here are all miserable! They all have attitude issues everything is a problem no smiling they just hate life it seems like and they push it off on there customer base. They constantly mess orders up and claim they did not but you have a receipt showing they did but they still fight it. The Frappe machine in this restaurant always seems to be broken and I mean always and after years they still have not fixed it. I personally think its bec6they hate making them so they use that excuse. I live 2 min from this restaurant and will drive out of my way to surrounding McDonald's because the service is way better and the machines actually work. I ordered through the drive through, 3 sandwiches and a 10 piece nugget. My two quarter pounders were both red, medium rare at best if not rare. My chicken sandwich was more than half pink. I went back not 10 minutes later to see if they'd make me new food, and saw an understaffed kitchen with irate employees and a chef slamming things around. As I work in a restaurant, I understand it can be stressful and I understood why he felt the need to rush my food along and give out undercooked products, but McDonald's is not the place to be eating raw food. The chef remade my food, giving me two regular cheeseburgers instead of the quarter pounders I had ordered. Not going all the way back a second time just to be stress the employees harder, but now I've spent nearly 20$ and am left hungry while still having paid...

Soni want to preface this by saying I've been going to this mc donald's for over a year now since living in lincoln and recently the quality of output has been terrible. Went through the drive thru the end of last week ordered and paid for 2 meals and chicken nuggets...drove home and realized there were no chicken nuggets. Went tonight and walked in to order (usually has better results) and order a meal and some mc doubles and fries. . . Got charged for and received a third fry when I am pretty sure I only ordered one additional with my meal but maybe I did order 2 extras in error. But then mc doubles came with no pickles no onions....what the heck is that. I didn't order them made without ingredients.
