I have never dealt with such poor customer service more than I have today. My entire order was messed up and we had to throw away due to egg allergies. My ice coffee had added sugars in it that I did not ask for and when I told the employee he said “oh well I only go with what’s on my screen”, then I was missing 2 hash browns. Didn’t even bother trying to fix it. Then when I asked for a couple packets of ketchup, I was told I had to pay $30 cents per packet. I asked since when and the gentleman was very sarcastic and said “ um always, it’s always been that way since years ago” with a smirk on his face as if something was funny. I asked why I couldn’t have ketchup for my hash browns and he stated “ you can, you just have to pay for it but I don’t have time to argue about ketchup, there’s other people waiting on their orders, bye now”. I drove off very angry and frustrated. If I didn’t have to be into work within 5 minutes I would’ve went in the establishment to address this unacceptable behavior. Then I called the store multiple times after arriving to my job in Belair and nobody has answered....
Read moreMcDonald's prices gone way to high. The service kiosk states i order at 840 and got served at 848. Not true. The autumated sign above even said i was served but nothing. People were all waiting in the lobby . One regular coffee drinker said to the manager i dont care what they say you okay in my book laughing. The manager stated loudly in front of a crowed lobby of unhappy but patient customers " i dont care what they say" so i'll not remain silent. Peoples orders were wrong . Seldom wOULD YOU SEE ANY PERSON AT THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER. I will.never use a kiosk again. I woild of walked out. I was there for over 20 minutes. Finally a younger male employee after all had lefte said what did you order i said im number 740. And told him my 2 regular sandwich breakfest order . He brought it out a couple of minutes latter. That store is currently poorly suppervised and has no accountability. Not what im use too at a McDonalds. Don't like the blocking of the view of the kitchen working. They use it to stay out of sight and not see customers. Poor decision on...
Read moreMy husband went into get our online order. Which showed on the appt was ready for pickup. He comes outside to say they couldn’t find it. I go inside with my phone to show my online order. I have to wait in line as the manager was preoccupied making sure an employee got what food they needed. Finally the register person said I will have to get someone. They can’t find my order anywhere. Finally a young lady asked to see my phone walks in the back and said we don’ t have your order. Another employee reorders it and I once again wait. As the employee who ordered a bunch of food was busy talking with the manager. After 25 minutes of walking in the restaurant I’m handed drink cups to fill. I explained I paid for chocolate milk. Which is a up-charge that I paid for. But was told they were out. I wasn’t offered a refund for it. I’m not sure where the absolute disorganization and lack of management responsibility lies. But being a General Manager myself I would expect better customer service than what we received. I have attached my order...
