We are so thrilled with the service we received from Tam's for our wedding! The food was absolutely amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. They provided us with a wide variety of options to choose from and were incredibly flexible in accommodating exactly what we envisioned, including our table settings.

The staff was wonderful. The servers were so kind and polite, always making sure we had everything we needed, and the bartenders were incredible—efficient, friendly, and attentive to all our guests. They also went out of their way to help guests who didn’t speak English, which made everyone feel welcome and taken care of.

A special thanks to Lisa, who was so thorough with our invoice and payment options, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. At the end of the night, the team went above and beyond by helping us pack up leftovers, ensuring nothing went to waste.

Went for lunch today and had a disturbing experience. The waitress brought our table of four water and overhanded each glass placing all five or her fingers on the rim of each glass. When I pointed out that touching the top of the glass shouldn’t be done, her response was that she was going to provide straws. Hmmm. No, that does not make it acceptable to touch the rim of the drinking glasses. The waitress takes the glasses away and a new waiter comes back after some delay and brings new glasses. His handling of the glasses isn’t a whole lot better as he has hands on the top third of the glass. But at least he doesn’t touch the rims. Our food was good and we’ve been in multiple times and had very good food. But this isn’t the first service problem we’ve had. The disturbing part was that there was never an apology and the new waiter never introduced himself. I would describe the attitude of the waiter as wary. There also was no visit from a manager or any showing of caring. So while the food is very good, the lack of training for the staff, the lack of proper handling procedures and lack of etiquette on the part of the staff will influence our thoughts about returning.

I have been eyeballing Tams for years now and I finally pulled the trigger. Made a reservation for special occasion. Parking is not friendly on property but next door is just short walk so no biggie. Decor was nice apon entry the host seated us promptly. Now first negative was lighting the theme is theater style but wasn't expecting spot lights in my face and I'm not exaggerating literally jewlers style little spot lights beaming towards the tables and my face. Next the server. She was like kinda just going through the motions of what's required and you felt it. So we get a bottle of white wine and I requested chilled so they brought a metal tin out of the fridge and put bottle in it. No ice and bottle was semi cold from the start. At least it was a good wine. Now the cup of crab bisque. Best I've had. Resembled my favorite clam chowder same creamy flavor so I was happy. Wife had the tortilla soup and she liked it. I then get the prome rib special wife gets the grouper special. Prime rib was good but not what I was expecting. Came out like a ribeye on the plate but still was good along with the radish sauce on the side. Wife's grouper was great she enjoyed all of it. Now the nights done waitress brought check and didn't even suggests desserts or ask if we wanted any. Despite service I think we will return since prices reflected on what you get and it felt fancy without the big $$...
