Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cushing

So i was so excited to finally go to taco bell but I was severely disappointed we ordered from the kiosk and only had 2 things modified or special we got our food pretty quick but my daughter's quesadilla we asked for cheese only she doesnt eat meat at all so we took it back they remade it the lady at the counter was very nice and apologized then they forgot her slush n told us they were out of the one we ordered so she gave her a bigger size bc she forgot it and they were out of what we wanted but then we had ordered a box meal with a regular chulupa and a double chulupa the double was perfect very good but the regular chulupa the shell was so hard we couldn't even bite it so my husband just went n bought another and asked if they'd make it fresh and one kid from the kitchen was complaining loud enough we could hear him from the back table then when they called for us to get it they said "fresh chulupa" like being rude so that shell was hard as a rock as well idk if they are overcooking them or what but they are NOT supposed to be like rocks and while we were there 2 other ppl came in and they had messed up orders as well like i said the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful but the chulupas are horrible the kitchen ppl may need more training or something I wont be going back for awhile n hopefully they get it together itd be a nice addition to Cushing if it was actually worth...

Tonight I was feeling lazy so I didn't want to go inside somewhere to get a drink. We went to Taco Bell in Cushing. My son was driving. He ordered Two Chicken Quesadillas, plain. The order showed up on the screen as 1 Chicken Quesadilla, no jalepeno sauce. We corrected this by repeating that we wanted two quesadillas plain. Then, we order one mountain dew, no ice. It showed up on the screen as a Baja Blast. We then repeated that we wanted Mountain Dew, no ice. Then it showed up as Mountain Dew....but we had to repeat the no ice thing again. A male our order. a female was handling the window when we pulled up. The mountain dew had no ice and there were two quesadillas, so we thought it was successful. I would have ordered more food via drive through since there were people at home but that much miscommunication for such a simple order had me deciding to get pizza for the house instead. When we got home and my son went to eat his quesadillas they were flat and you couldn't tell their was stuff inside them without unfolding them. Even then, it was mostly bare with a little cheese in some places and some chicken. He says he has gotten really good quesadillas from there in the past and so he doesn't want to give them a bad review. I felt like the whole experience seemed like bad service from ordering to receiving and maybe it is a one off or...

I come through once maybe twice a week and order breakfast. I order the same thing every week. The girl that takes my order is rude. I tell her I want hot sauce. And then when I get to the window. I ask again for hot sauce and she says it's in the box. Well when I look in the box, I do see some hot sauce so I drive off. By the time I get to work I look in the box and it's hot sauce that's opened and already been used. And then I don't even get just hot sauce. Like she gives me all kinds of sauces instead of the one I wanted. Like give the customer what they wanted and ordered. And then the fact that she gives me used sauces is a health violation/protocol. Don't give your customers something that you wouldn't like to get or receive. On top of that, I don't get hot hot food. Like the Cinnabons were cold. At least give...
