Visited this restaurant for the first time tonight with two families. Placed order at the counter and then seated and enjoyed a draft beer while visiting and waiting for our food to be served. All the pizza’s ordered promptly arrived and were enjoyed. Unfortunately a sandwich for myself and Mac & cheese for my granddaughter were not served. After multiple queries to the staff we waited and waited over an hour for the remainder of the order, the kitchen was struggling to complete the order. The manager agreed to provide me another draft beer while we waited and explained somehow our order was set up To Go and he apologized and said it’s on its way. After another 15 mins we finally got the two remaining meals. At this point I was about to finish my 2nd beer and I found two stainless steel machine screws in the bottom of my glass. Would really like to know where the #€££ they came from… fortunately I did not choke or swallow them. Our experience tonight raises many questions about this establishment, that stated the food was great, although there is a significant opportunity for improvement!!!! 🤔

I've been here a handful of times and I have mixed reviews. To say the least. I do not recommended getting this pizza to go. The bread is very unique and is less than to be desired if it's even like warm. Similar to locatellis. Now eating here? I do recommend this. When their pizza is hot and hasn't travel far it's pretty damn good. Ordered their pepperoni rolls, which aren't really traditional rolls, it's more like a kolachie from kolachie factory. My complaint is they came out mere minutes before the pizza did. And they were so hot on the inside I'm surprised someone from the us geothermal society didn't come by to collect a sample. But they were good. Just had to eat them with the pizzas. Now the pizzas have a nice thin crust, good snap, and nice ingredients. Not the best I've ever had but also far from the worst. Their dining room is huge and everyone is very friendly. Average prices for everything, maybe a little high. But as long as you eat here it's worth it. Happy holidays

For 4.7 stars and almost 700 reviews you'd think this place would be jammed packed. Yes it was clean and yes the atmosphere was cool. Walking in to order I first notice at the point of sale they wanted you to tip before even receiving service. I laughed and joked with the lady up front by saying "how do we know if your service is worth a tip?" she looked me square in the face and said I can push delete ,and that people should read. Ha....the pizza was fresh and hot but definitely tasted as a frozen pizza from HEB. Either way I walked away feeling a bit uneasy about that response about tipping. TIPS means To Insure Prompt Service. There isn't even a server there so again what service are we TO TIP FOR? Tighten up over there and stop blaming your customers for a bad experience they are having.

Review #2: I hate to say this but I just made another take out order from the Crust Pizza-Louetta location and it was quite the opposite of my first purchase. This second time around, the crust wasn’t cooked well (very floppy with no crunch) and it had far too much cheese making it very out of balance. The cheese bread, which was excellent the first time around, was also over-cheesed and the marinara sauce was not included with the order. All in all, disappointing. I hope this location finds a way to return to its roots. In the meantime, I’ll keep looking for the elusive quality pizza on the northwest side. My review for this second pizza would be no more than 3 stars.

I have been searching all over the NW Houston area for great pizza to no avail, until now. My wife and I had Crust Pizza - Louetta for dinner yesterday. We loved it! Thank you for taking the time to do pizza right. You definitely pay more than the big chains but it is worth every penny. If you are a pizza snob like I am and understand that good crust is the foundation for a good pizza, this is your place. The toppings were great too. My wife likes Canadian bacon and pineapple on her pizza. Nearly every pizza chain franchise substitutes ham for Canadian bacon. Not Crust Pizza. Very nice. The cheese sticks were also delicious. Definitely our go to place...

Crust Pizza is my favorite restaurant but our first trip to the Louetta location was very disappointing. To start, we stood at the order counter for over 2 minutes while 2 employees finished their social conversation. There were no other customers in the place. When we were finally acknowledged, my wife ordered the goat cheese salad without cranberries and it was full of cranberries and had very little goat cheese. I ordered the Big Don pizza and the toppings were minuscule, by a large amount the smallest amount I’ve ever got at any Crust. The Louetta location is the only location I’ve been to that didn’t offer a senior discount on Mondays. The mix on the soft drinks was awful. The employees were not friendly at all as they saw my wife picking the cranberries out of her salad but ignored it. Many tables had not been bussed it looked like for several hours. Needless to say, we will never be returning to the Louetta Crust Pizza location. Kudos to the Tomball and Cypress Crust locations where we have never had a...
