I stopped by Happy Monday in Daleville recently, and it was an absolute treat! This Thai and Asian fusion spot near Fort Novosel delivers big on flavor and hospitality. It's something with the ingredients they just taste so fresh and high quality. The chef still does an outstanding job bringing it all together as well. First time visiting & I must say they have the best crab rangoons I've ever tasted in my life! Perfect texture and amazing crab filling. Because the food is so good, it appears that they have a steady flow of traffic, & it would've been nice to have been greeted or directed to just have a seat until a server comes, but the young man who runs the place was essentially working the front & cash register alone. It's a sweet couple that runs the place, & I hope they're able to hire at least 1 more person to direct traffic and take payments. I got my food last when I came in before 2 people other people which was a bit frustrating since I didn't intend to stay as long as we did. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures.
