Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Daleville

I like this place but there are some things that could use improvements. I am a big fan of pizza BTW.

Firstly, when you walk in the establishment, the lobby area is not very spacious and there are no chairs. The back area seems cluttered and disorganized from my POV. The floor is a bit dusty from the outside parking lot which has gravel and sand.

Immediately there was a staff member that greeted me and was ready to take my order. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

The food quality however is not good.. Their pizzas come out a little bit undercooked and is a bit hard to bite into. Compared to the little Cesars in my hometown, it definitely does taste significantly different than the other chain restaurants. I'm a bit disappointed that a regular pizza and crazy bread combo costs more than $10 and that the pizza itself could not retain that great taste that the other competitors have. Wow, it takes forever! I ordered ahead of time online and still had to wait over 20 minutes in the waiting room. The employees were moving slowly and had no hustle. The lobby was full of people! Other employees were sitting on their butts while people are waiting for their food. They need to get better employees in here.. fast. Also could use a good cleaning. There was trash all over the floor. One employee had his long shoulder-length hair down, not pulled back and he had his hoodie pulled up. His long hair was all over the place, probably in the food too. Not very hygienic.

A year later we went back to try again and this time the pizza wasn't even cooked and we found something yellow and plastic in the pizza crust. It's like a fishing line! They really need to take more care when making food that people ingest! I guess we will wait another year to see if anything...

Everytime I order there’s an excuse on why the food has not been made or they try to give me old pizza that’s been sitting in the warmer for ages. I order online and they ignore the order for fresh pizza and then I end up waiting anyway…. If you say anything to the KIDS behind the counter it is nothing but attitude or excuses then they run to the back laughing thinking it’s funny. This store has become a joke and needs some serious changes, where are the ADULTS that manage? because these children are destroying this business. I worked here as a teenager as well as in the service industry most of my life and we never would have gotten away with the ignorance that is happening here and has been happening for awhile now. I hope they rethink their management and get some people that actually care about their job, the people, and...
