Taco Bell — Restaurant in Daleville

My fiancé and I decided to dine in at the Taco Bell in Daleville, Alabama on Sunday, August 24th, 2025 at 3:17 PM, and we regret doing so! When we entered the establishment, we headed straight to the kiosk to order. Not once were we greeted. Upon submitting our order (Order # 95), I went to find a table to sit at and struggled to do so as all of the tables were dirty. I decided on a table that was the least dirtiest and pulled out my hand sanitizer to sanitize the table to my best ability. A worker did see me do that and brought over a few napkins and gave them to me to wipe down the table in the midst of my fiancé grabbing me napkins. While that was kind, why couldn’t the worker bring out Taco Bell’s own cleaning equipment and assist on the table and the others? Anywho, we get the food, and it was so disappointing. If an item wasn’t extremely cold, it was lukewarm. Nothing was fresh. It all tasted old. For example, the Cinnabon Delights were far from delightful. They were ice cold in the middle. The chips were stale too. It sucks to drop $27.97 on food that we didn’t even enjoy, especially in this day and age where every dollar counts. Our faces were like “🥴” the entire time. Taco Bell used to be so good back in the day. Now I can’t stand it and doubt I will support them again after the decline in service and quality over the years. Just like how we weren’t greeted when entering, we weren’t acknowledged when departing (but another couple was). I can’t support a business who lacks consistency in customer service and who thinks it’s ok to serve food...

Decent location. Food isn't always heated properly (ex. cheese not being melted and chalupa being cold). Could be cleaned and more welcoming environment on the inside.

Update: 26OCT23. Worst Taco Bell experience to date. Ordered 4 Cheesy Roll Ups for my girls. All 4 were shredded cheese wrapped in a tortilla cold as could be. It was not cooked at all. Ordered the $5 box deal and I got random stuff. Received nacho cheese sauce for some reason. Ordered the Doritto Loco Taco meal with sour cream. No sour cream on any of them and they were so thin it looked like someone sat on them. Hardly any ingredients inside then at all. Worst $25 ever spent at Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru during my lunch break. Moved pretty quick, but they gave me the wrong drink, I ordered a strawberry lemonade slush and she gave me just strawberry. When I told her it was the wrong drink she told me to just keep it and then went to get the correct drink. The one she brought me was a small and I paid for a large. Before I could say anything she closed her window on me and proceeded to text on her phone and ignore me. I do not like the plain strawberry, it tastes like cough syrup to me.
