Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dallas Township

One of two things are going to happen if you order here. Option 1. They won't have your item available and will give you the choice of another item after you have paid or you can go to the back of the line and ask for a refund. Option 2. You order everything seems fine and you trust that the coffee you ordered, the bagels and doughnuts you orders are all in the bags and correct because the person behind the counter repeated your order or you have places it yourself online. Plus it's what the people that work here all day do. We'll don't be shocked to find whatever they felt like putting in the bag because noone wanted to tell someone that they were out of something and if they didn't take a substitute it's yhe back of the line while everything else that was already made starts to get cold.

If it sounds like I'm not happy with this place it's because I am. I want to go here instead of crazy busy one by the Verizon store. This team of misfits can't figure it out. Forget asking for a manager they don't exist. Also not available by phone and Noone knows when they will be there. Not surprised really it's been the same issue here for years.

Fire everyone and start over. Something is causing this slow dunkin to mess up orders on a consistent basis. Yet the one in Dallas has cars wrapped around the building and the get the order...

Employees like to ignore customers, avoid helping and pass out the wrong food without any accountability. Gave us old donuts, and was given attitude by the one girl for standing there waiting!
