I dove 20 minutes to dallas to get authentic spanish food. To my surprise, SAM did not disappoint. Everything was top notch. Flavors spot on. I ordered a bunch of different things.. I moved here from Florida.. the Cuban didn't disappoint, simple yet the flavors spot on. Imagine my surprise when I drove past after my son's soccer game and saw this little food truck. I saw the word "cocina" and new I had to stop and see what they had to offer.
