Read moreI went in today to order the turkey Diablo and when I got to the store it was about 7:40 PM and I did not know that they close at 8 PM. The man said they were still open and there was no problem at all to make my sandwich. He then instructed the young lady to take the sandwich into the storage freezer because they had put all of the ingredients up already because they were closing soon. He basically told her to go and make my sandwich in the storage room/freezer or wherever it is they store the food. I can hear the girl coughing and as she comes back with the sandwich she’s talking to the other guys standing there and they are all talking over my sandwich. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and when she gave me my bag I noticed I had about 20 packets of mayonnaise in the bag . She didn’t put any mayo at all on the bread so I told her I don’t want to have to put it on myself. She unwrapped my sandwich and started to go back in the storage room past the dirty mop bucket to go and put mayo on my sandwich. I informed her that is unacceptable and unsanitary to keep walking around with my sandwich like that so the guy at the register with the black shirt told her to just go and bring the mayo out there and do it where they would normally make your sandwich. I felt very uneasy as I left the store because I felt like my sandwich was gonna be full of germs. I had ordered 5 small hoagies with 3 of them having special instructions those three with added ingredients were wrong in the worst way ( didn’t have the added ingredients at all) as if they either didn’t look at the instructions and built the sub as corporate wants or just decided it wasn’t worth it. The one buffalo I had added sweet peppers and blue cheese there was none. The meat on both the chicken cheese steaks were almost non existent. Very disappointed in my overall order for almost 50 plus an added tip I don’t feel the quality was worth the price. By the time I got home cleaned up to sit and eat with my family it was too late to call. Wouldn’t matter as I see now online orders do not have a refund and it would be too late to remake anyway. If I ever have to order this company again I’ll order it from Uber eats or door dash as they give refunds for ahead ordering.
