Where to begin besides the lack of customer service the food I ordered and bought was disappointing. I ordered a 2 pc chicken that had to be exchanged multiple times then I ordered megabites box when I got home and bit one it was chewy I called but no answer. Filled out the survey and waiting to be contacted. Next day I went back to explain my issue. Man on duty, Assistant manager says I can't do anything it's too late I said it's not my fault no one answered. He added he couldn't do anything without his general mgr consent. I said but you are here to help or assist when customers have complaints. He repeated he couldn't do anything I asked to call him, hesitantly he supposedly tried. He said I'll have to call or come when he is here before 4 pm. I said I work too. I said what about corporate he said this is a franchise, it's not handled the same way but you can complain. I have pictures of items and I was going to return the inedible megabites so they sit in my fridge until I contact the person on charge. So ridiculous I won't go back to this Church's ever again for food just to resolve this...
Read moreI ordered a family meal with side's tenders and tea. When I got home three pieces of chicken were so overcooked and dry that the chicken broke apart trying to access the meat. I personally trief a piece and it tasted and smelled like fish. The tea tasted like it was going bad. The biscuits had no glaze and no butter. Nothing on them. They were plain and dry. I waited for more than 15 minutes for this order just to get home to give it to my dogs. I called corporate. The manager called me within a matterof days. The manager then offers me a complimentary drink for my troubles. Did you just hear what I said? The manager offered me a complimentary drink to make up for more than $30 worth of bad food! He then explains to me that he is a new manager. A complimentary does not compensate for more than $30 worth of food. I will NOT return to this place and I am giving this place 1 ☆ too many. I specifically ordered two of the three wing meals for $7.99, because they were a special offer. Normally I would get the three piece dark special for $4.99. He answered by saying I didn't say wings...I repeated that I did. He replied by saying, "Well, we're out of wings."
