Crispy Chicken & Rice — Restaurant in Dallas

I tried to call in an order at 8:50 when they don't close until 10 as their business hours state. At first no one answered the phone then a young lady picked up and stated they were no longer taking phone orders but I could go in person and they close at 9:50. That's an odd time to close, usually its in 30min or hour increments; For example, 10:00 or 9:30. When I go in the male employee working the front asked me to give him a moment and proceeded to clean about 5 different areas and appliances without taking my order, so I would have had to wait for him to finish cleaning the front and then wait for my food? Poor service. The workers were more concerned about getting ready to leave than serving customers. Keep in mind it was 9:00 when I arrived and they close at 9:50 or 10....I just went and grabbed Pollo Regio instead, where I was in and out in 3 mins and ill just go to the ORIGINAL chicken and rice across the street from now on. Customer service sucks they dont great u nor do they really wana take ur order the young girl wit blonde high lights is very rude i asked her for a to go bag and she literally tosses it to me like where is ur customer service women i will never return to that restraunt it was my first n last time there they over charged me i got the 20 pc chicken which they have it on sale for $13.99 and got charged $20 bucks i know 2 drinks isnt $6 bucks so yea it's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE ROACHES ON THERE TABLES I WILL CALL THE BBB TO FILE A COMPLAINT. Only place I go to get my Chinese takeout. Idk about customer service though, I literally just walk in, order, wait, get my food & get out. Sure there're basically children working as cashiers but do u know what place you're in? Have y'all not put attention to how children are becoming now a days? Anyways I come for the food, I really haven't noticed any bad customer service in the MULTIPLE times I've been here. They're just kids that kinda Have to work and let's face it.... no one really likes working.
