I would never order from this location ever again, not only are they unprofessional, they dont know the basics of their job! The first thing they should do before actually taking someones payment or order they should check to make sure the address is an actual address they can deliver too, not only did she took my order and did not even check to make sure they were able to deliver. She charged my account 2 times and then she calls me 20 min after they took my order which was for my son, to tell me they were going to cancel my order and that i wasn’t in their area, i asked told her since you failed to check and do your job correctly you are now making me have a huge inconvenience and have to call another location which by the way I could have avoided from the beginning if she would have checked, i asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager, and i asked her if she was the manager wouldnt she know her the proper way of taking a simple order. But then i asked to speak to another person above her and she stated that she wAs new as well, but in this case i dont mind that point but the point is she could have avoided the whole situation by just doing one simple thing, and made me a whole inconvenience of having to call another location and made my son wait more additional time then what he was originally made waited for the order made by her. These employees do not care for people they hung up on me and then i called back and they continued to not answer my phone calls. Read moreI realize many businesses are doing their absolute best during these uncertain times however you should care about the quality of food and service you provide. It's 730 PM and my little cousin decides he wants pizza he goes in places his order and comes back to the car to wait as it's being prepared. Approximately 20 minutes go by we've noticed guest who ordered after him have received their order and were leaving. I send him in to check on it and he's told his order was not entered into the system. He comes to the car to get me I asked to speak to the manager and this is where the problem began. The so called manager would not provide her name, was sarcastic and apparently her crew finds disrespecting customers amusing. She stated she would not put a rush on his order, would not provide her name and wished me luck with reporting this incident to corporate. Let's just say I'm reminded why this is my first and probably last visit to Domino's. I find it odd that a manager feels comfortable enough to refusue to provide her name, number to corporate or even try and resolve the issue created by what's obviously poor training. Read moreIf I could give this UNPROFESSIONAL business a -0 for a review, I would. I suggested that if my card needed to be verified upon arrival that I shouldn't get charged until it is verified. The main issue is when my place of business order lunch, there are about 50 people who order for delivery and are on a time limit. I personally know they do not verify credit cards upon delivery when 50 people are ordering. They just leave it up front with security if you paid with a card. But when I ordered, the delivery guy/manager said he needed my card but I could not at the time because I was working. So he "let me pass", in his words. He got upset because I left a bad review with the store because of their stupid half-ass followed policy. You can't half-ass enforce a policy that all of your workers do not follow, including you as a manager. He said, "that's why those individuals are no longer working here, because they are not following it." Should he also be out of a job as well if he, as a manager, did not follow the store's policy?
