I ordered online for dinner tonight from this Domino's. (May 3,2024) I ordered two medium pizzas and a sandwich. I asked for no onions on my sandwich and for my pizza i asked for hot sauce on my pizza. I should have checked my order before I left but I didn't and thats my fault. I called and spoke with a young lady who said I could come back to the store and get my pizza remade but I told her I didn't want to drive back up there. So she handed the phone to her manager (a man) who said he would credit my account. I said that was fine and I said thank you and hung up. Then I receive a text message from domino's app saying my order has been cancelled. I called back again and this time I spoke with a another manager who was much nicer and informed me that I could bring the order back for a remake. I told her I didn't want a remake and the other manager I spoke with said he was going to credit my account. I was confused on why I received a message saying cancelled. Anyway it's Friday and I understand Domino's is really busy but I paid for something to be a certain way I should get what I paid for. I have five stars for the customer service from the second manager. I was just inquiring about why it was cancelled. Never wanted a remake,refund and credit. That's ridiculous. But my son is enjoying his pizza and I will give this Domino's another shot because of the great customer service I received from the two ladies I spoke with tonight. The manager I spoke with said she would put a credit on my account for a sandwich and medium pizza. I kept my receipt but it won't let me post the pictures.

Read moreWorst service ever. Actually everyone is very friendly except the manager. Had walked in with a friend and we placed two separate orders. Later one of the staff came and asked us to repeat our orders as there was some issue ( they didn't mention which of the two orders had the issue) and so we told both our orders and she asked us to pay again so we explained that we had already paid. In between this whole confusion the manager came and started shouting at us saying she felt threatened and that we are trying to steal and we should step out of the store and she cannot take anymore orders etc etc very rudely.( We only got one of the two orders at the end).The other staff present there was saying sorry to us on her behalf that she is having a bad day etc etc and tried to complete our order and the manager lady came out again and started shouting at her(the other staff) as well for helping us out. She was like i am the manager and you should step into my office as you are not following my orders. Poor girl( the other staff who was trying to help us) , she was almost about to cry..and still she was very polite till the very end and kept saying sorry to us as she clearly understood that it wasnt out fault.

Read moreI attempted to call in for 15 minutes because attempting to place my order online was fruitless. I called for 15 minutes. No answer. Robby informed me that his phones were not working. He also informed me that he could not honor my promotion. I was annoyed. I called the store from the lobby and watched the phone ring in front of me. This place is a joke. Shame on you, Robby.

In response to the GM’s patronizing response; maybe attempt to teach consistency amongst your team, as to uphold franchise standards. Maybe take ownership of every experience… I can see why your team would ignore calls and think it’s ok to act and behave the way they do. You tone in your response reflects your inability to take responsibility for your team or your store. What is that saying??? Incompetence reflects upward.
