Upon my first encounter with Elotes González, I was immediately captivated by the tantalizing aroma of grilled corn wafting through the air. Eager to delve into this culinary adventure, I ordered their signature elote, and I was not disappointed.
The corn, grilled to perfection, boasted a smoky sweetness that was simply unparalleled. Each kernel burst with juiciness, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite. But what truly elevated the experience was the magical combination of toppings.
A generous slathering of mayo, delicately seasoned with chili powder, and adorned with a liberal sprinkling of crumbled cotija cheese, transformed the humble corn into a masterpiece of flavor. The creamy richness of the mayo harmonized flawlessly with the subtle heat of the chili powder, while the tangy bite of the cheese added a delightful contrast.
In conclusion, Elotes González is a testament to the artistry of street food, where simple ingredients are transformed into culinary masterpieces. If you’re craving an elote experience that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more, look no further than Elotes González. Prepare to be amazed by the sheer deliciousness of their...

And let me just say, once you taste the elotes from here, you will not go back to any other elote spot. This little hole in the wall place is my holy grail and I cannot recommend it enough. I moved out of state, but I do come back to visit Dallas every now and then since I have family there. Every time I visit, I always look forward to those nights that we visit this little gem of an elote stand. I used to go every Friday night and weekend when I lived there. To this day, this place gets me ecstatically happy for my...

The gentleman that took my order and prepared my corn in a cup was helpful, professional, friendly, and efficient. He showed me the different sizes of cups and told me the prices. The optional spices and hot sauces were explained, and I was asked if I wanted any mixed into my street corn.
The toppings/additional ingredients besides corn that were in the bottom of the cup and on the very top were perfect. The top and bottom of the corn in a cup make this location's variety my favorite in DFW, and I have had corn in a cup from 6 other businesses in DFW...
