Fito's Tacos De Trompo — Restaurant in Dallas

Their tacos are very good..but too bad i cant say the same about their customer service. First the girl was being rude. Then she was being lazy and asked if it was ok if she shorted me some change. She gets my name down for my order then i step out to the car and wait for my tacos to be done. I go inside and check on them and they havent started because they said they only had 4 of the 16 tacos i ordered. She tries to get me to get another kind of taco for the other 12 tacos which i do not like from there and when i ask for my money back she wouldnt give it back when if was her fault in the first place for not making sure they had enough. Ive had plenty of other incidents of them not giving me the right tacos i order so i end paying more for the wrong tacos. I really hope they can get better employees so maybe they could regain my business but until then ill just go...

A small Mexican restaurant with some pretty good food. I've only gone two time at the time of this review, but already I can say it's pretty good food. Only complain I have is that the food is a little small compared to other Mexican restaurants. The restaurant itself is pretty small, only 6 or 8 tables inside, there is a TV in there making some noise but it's at an appropriate volume. The floors tend to be a bit messy with food crumbs on the floor, tho the tables seem clean. Also noticed that there didn't seem to have any air conditioning when I went there, not sure if its always been that way or if it's just down temporarily. As for the food, it's pretty tasty but a bit small, but I'm assuming they focus more on the quality...

June 18 2017 was the first time in a year since we been back too one of our fav taco places. It was not a pleasant dining experience. Tacos dripping in grease..the dining area was extremely hot while behind the counter the a/c was on blast!! (And let me add that the people behind the counter found it amusing that we where almost dripping in sweat!) That is not acceptable especially for family's with small kids like myself. 5 years ago, the tacos where amazing and easily made the 40min drive too it..now I won't. Making my experience public like this in hopes that management fixes...
