El Pollo Fiesta Inc — Restaurant in Dallas

I was on the way home about 8 p.m on Saturday 3/9/24 and decided to pick up pollo fiesta since when I lived in area years ago it was the best.Well things have changed .I should of known better when I pulled in drive thru and the parking lot and drive thru were empty.I ordered a 8 piece meal which included rice and beans and a flauta dinner. The chicken pieces were dry and the pieces were so small an 8 piece really added up to about 3 pieces in quantity,a joke and cost $24.49 with rice and beans..rip-off.The flauta dinner was of same quality and cost $11.99.I hope...

We love to eat here, but the customer service is horrible. Placed our order asked for a different kind of salsa and she asked for salsas that had given us back or she would charge me extra for differnt salsa to my knowledge they are not supposed to ask for any kind food back once its given to you so people beware you might be getting someone elses food we've been coming here for 25 years and most of the time all the ladys are in a bad mood it looks like this might be the last time we come here we travel 70 miles round trip and to get bad...

I usually get the tortilla soup. It's good even though the portion is small. This time though, I ordered the flauta platter to go. Once I started to eat it, I could smell something rancid. I sniffed the guac, sour cream and beans and they all smelled fine. So... I bit into the flauta and it was awful. The smell and taste were putrid. Completely lost my appetite. It was not worth going back to ask for a refund either, because it was after school rush hour time. I won't be going back because I don't think I can get over the awful...
