The reviews make sense. They have a less than 3 star rating on Yelp for a reason. The good reviews are clearly 90% fake or wrong location. Because everyone with bad reviews is saying the same things.

Ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Ice cream cake for my brother’s birthday. It wasn’t made correctly at all. NOTHING like the picture. It had a tiny tiny strip of cake at the bottom when it’s supposed to have 2 layers of cake. And the ice cream texture and taste was like the ice cream melted and was refrozen. It was ice basically. And the 2nd layer of ice cream was very very very hard. Couldn’t cut it even with a big sharp knife. I’m not even playing. Bad birthday cake to give my brother.

Went there another day to get cookies from Great American Cookies and they literally only had 3 flavors left. I asked, “are the cookies that are out here all you have” and they said well no the only ones we don’t have are, (don’t remember what they were) they named 2 and then I said can I have peanut butter and they said “oh we don’t have that one either” didn’t even say sorry about that, have a good night or ANYTHING.

As others have suggested, low quality customer service and ice cream. Probably the cookies too. I’m sure the cookies are stale like others have said. Go to a different location or different brand all together.

Whoever the owner is that’s responding to all the reviews must be lying because the reviews haven’t changed so clearly the owners of the stores don’t care about the quality of the establishment(s). No improvement since that person(s) has stated they’ve...

I hate to write this review because I’m nothing like people who like to complain about stuff but I was here yesterday Around 5:30 I was so excited to get an ice cream but once I arrived I was so disappointed by the employee attitude she was so rude and every time I asked her about a topping she would say she ran out of them she didn’t even wanted to checked the back storage to see if they had the toppings available I really didn’t like the way this young lady treated me after a while I was seating outside in a meeting and I saw a family with ice cream and they totally did had the toppings I asked for she just didn’t wanted to provide it to me I felt she was being racist because I’m Hispanic I don’t tolerate any discrimination against any race and I’m so disappointed that this happened this shouldn’t even be allowed in any work environment. Disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this location. The two young ladies working were more concerned with their personal conversations rather than helping customers. I and another customer had to wait for a couple of minutes for them to stop chatting and be off their cellphones before starting to attend us. Toppings were not blended well either. It was around 5pm on Sunday and there were no cookies on the shelf. One of the associates said they had cookies just weren’t out, having me ask if they had the flavors I wanted, unfortunately they didn’t have any. All the associate did was turn to her coworker giggling and said “she didn’t make any”. When I checked out, I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt, the associate skipped through the questions on the screen.
