They were very very slow to take our order and then when the girl finally came on the speaker we tell her our order which was just one classic chicken sandwich just one and she repeats back something different. When we tried to tell her it wasnt right she ignored us and told us to go to the 2nd window. We tried to talk to her but she never answered so instead of holding up the line we moved up. Here is where bad gets to worse. The lady that's there tries to confirm our order and says it's not in the system and gets very irate. She said that we didn't order I kept trying to tell her that we did she rudely interrupts and says well obviously it wasn't ordered cuz it's not in the system! she wanted us to remember what the order was that appeared on the screen and when we couldn't she was even more rude! This wasn't our fault in any way shape or form but she was taking it out on us! Wow and when she finally took our order she yelled out towards someone in the back that we changed order when they never took it correctly in the first place. It's really messed up because I'm super hungry I just hope that they didn't spit in my food :(. I've never been treated...
   Read moreThis is the worst McDonald I ever been to. I place an app order for drive thru pick up. When I get to the drive thru I saw bunch cars waiting. I wait at the order speaker for couple minutes without anyone asking me for my order. I think app order doesnât need to talk to them. (I didnât need to tell them my mobile order detail at the speaker at different McDonalds. When I told them Iâm here for my mobile order pick up, they would just tell me to go to the pick up window.) So I drive to the payment window. I tell the lady Iâm here for my app order pick up. Then she replies me with the unpleasant attitude (I can tell she has bad attitude even with her mask on!): you need to tell us your order at the speaker! I tell her nobody talk to me at the speaker. Then she tells me to go to the second pick up window. I wait there for 10 minutes, someone finally give me my foods. But they mess up one of my order. Even the person who delivers my foods has attitude! I donât know whatâs going on inside this McDonald, but for sure I will never come here for...

I TOLD THEM THAT MY ORDER PICK UP WAS PLACE OVER 10 MINUTES AGO AND THEY INSISTED THAT I NEED TO PULL FORWARD. MEANWHILE ANOTHER CUSTOMER JUST CAME IN LINE AFTER I GOT THERE AND THEY WANTED TO GET HIS ORDER TO HIM. SO, THEY ARE TELLING THAT THE CUSTOMER BEHIND ME ORDER IS READY AND MY ORDER IS NOT. MY ORDER IS JUST 2 ITEMS WHICH THEY HAD PREP COOKED AND PLACE IN A WARMER. THIS ANOTHER MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU THAT WAIT ON BLACK PEOPLE TO COME AND SIT AND WAIT WHILE ANOTHER NON BLACK PERSON GETS THEIR FOOD IN FRONT OF THEM. THIS IS ANOTHER JIM CROW TACTIC. SO WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE TO ASK FOR THE MANAGERS NAME HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE HIS NAME AND WHEN I ASK FOR THE NAME OF THE OTHER PERSON AT THE WINDOW HE SAID THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE THEIR NAME EITHER.
