I usually visit this location to get my breakfast before I head to work and get my usual order, this time when I approached the speaker around 3:55 am on Saturday, January 2021, the breakfast menu wasn't displayed and the person on the other side told me that they only accepted cash and only served breakfast, I said not a problem (since I usually get breakfast anyway) but this time I only wanted the bacon and egg Mcgriddle and a medium oj, not the meal like I always do. The person on the speaker repeated my order back " A sausage mcgriddle and a large orange juice?" when repeated my order back that I wanted the egg and bacon mcgriddle and a medium orange juice, then he told me that the total was 8.00 dollar and he directed me to the second window. I didn't think anything at that moment because I couldn't see the pricing so I pulled to the second window as directed and when he approached to the window I asked if he said 8.00 dollars, he said yes, I asked how much was each item then he said that the orange juice was 1.99 and the bacon egg mcgriddle was 6.00 dollars, I was assuming that was the total amount with taxes included. But at the same time I got confused because when I get the bacon and egg mcgriddle meal with a medium orange juice Im sure I pay less, so I didn't wanted to get into an argument because I wasn't sure since I paid with cash and no receipt. I just needed to get to work at the moment. Any way, when I got to work and searched the pricing, I felt stupid and looked like the guy on the drive thru overcharged me and now I feel disappointed with the integrity of this location and the system that McDonald's use to over come this situation. When I noticed the irregularity of my purchase I called the restaurant 10-12min later, no one answered to expressed my discomfort and my confusion on what happened. I don't know what to think but feel like McDonald's is not an honest place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSurprisingly, the fries were hot and fresh. Maybe I should've ordered fries only. I asked for a McDouble plain which means in McD language just meat, bread, and cheese. I opened up the wrapper and there was a lone reconstituted onion. Hmm, I wondered how did this lone onion end up on my burger. Then I got the idea to open the burger. It was packed with those rehydrated onions. It's not that I don't like onions, but I can't eat onions. If any onions manage to get into my stomach I will be sick for at lease a week. I had to make a 2 trip back to get them to replace my burger. They replaced it with a burger that had over-cooked meat on it. I was wondering why the burger looked so small. They literally cooked the life out of the meat. I couldn't tell if I was eating a burger or a leather shoe. And, I ordered a large coke and they slipped a medium by me. If you are out off large cups, then you need to tell your customers. You don't have to sound dumb by admitting you ran out. Just say, sorry we only have small and medium today. Don't play with the customer's money by trying to slip a smaller size on them and hope they won't noticed. You are not the only McDonald's in town and I can go to another one just for a large coke if you are too cheap or just don't want to keep your cups in stock. It's amazing how this store can stay in business. Did I say surprisely the fries where hot and fresh? You need to invest in the videos that train your employees on how to cook. Every franchise should come with a complete library of videos. Did your video player...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt have a problem with McDonaldās as a company. When I go to other locations Iām in and out fast, and they get my order correct. I work retail so I get it, I really do.
This location is a different story. It used to be just like any other location and it was great for a late night snack after working late hours.
Itās like they hire the dumbest people on earth. Every single time the past 10 times Iāve went they get my order wrong. Itās come to the point where I pull in to the parking spot to double check they didnāt mess up my order.
So why havenāt I left a review earlier? Because this time the woman at the window lied to my face. I ordered a medium coke and when I got the receipt they had charged for a Dr Pepper. I asked her before handing me the drink āI ordered a coke, I know it says dr pepper on the receipt but if I can get the coke that would be greatā.
She responded āno youāre fine, this is a cokeā. She lied straight to my face, which was the last straw for me. Messing up orders is fine, it happens in fast food all the time. But not just owing up to your mistake when itās something so simple is just beyond my comprehension.
Avoid this location at all costs unless you want an aneurysm. Will be going to other locations...
