McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst customer service ever! No one greeted us when we came in or when we stepped up to order, the cashier just stared at me without saying anything. After our order was placed she didn't give us enough cups so I asked for one and she was confused saying I only ordered one drink with the kids meal. After she had to double check the receipt she finally gave me another cup without saying sorry, or oops, or anything! Then as I'm getting my and my son's drinks, she proceeds to yell out our order as each item was ready while staring at me. Not to mention it wasn't the complete order, it was each item one by one expecting me to walk back and forth. There were 2 other customers in the entire restaurant besides me and my son, and they already had their food, so I guess she was to busy standing there to do her job and at least make sure all of our food was ready before I had to come get it. Last but certainly not least, my SON who was standing with me while I asked HIM what HE wanted with HIS kids meal, received a my little pony toy. I walked back to the counter and waited while another customer was placing his order, the manager saw me and rudely asked what else I needed. I politely said "I was just wondering if I could have a boys toy instead of a girls" and I held out the girls toy. Without acknowledging my question whatsoever he grabbed a boys toy and handed it to me without looking at me or saying a word. Let start out by saying that i have worked fast food for years when i was younger.I went to Mcdonals on Redbird Ln & 67 with my sister and her kids. We went thru the drive thru. Get to the speaker and the girl just says order when you ready. No welcome to mcdonalds or nothing. Then after we placed our order she just say is that all, total at the window. I know the order, and price, was on the screen, but sshe still could have asked if it was correct, or something. So we gt to the window to pay and she still didn't repeat our order, or even the price. Didn't even say hi. To me that was rude. Okay. Now we had 5 different orders, but paid for all on One ticket. Zo before we leave the first window, we ask that each order be put in its on bag. So each person would have their own bag with their order in it. Then we get to the window to pick up our food. Again we asked that each order be placed in its own bag. They were all yes we can do that. Then They got the drinks mixed up and we waited at at the window for a few minutes before they asked us to move up and wait for our order because it was not ready. Then we waited about about another 5 minutes for our food. When we got it the orders were all mixed up in the same bag. Then the fries tasted like they were reheated. The employees acted like they didn't care. This is one of the reasons i don't believe fast food workers deserve $15. For $15 you should be giving me platinum service, or at the very least gold...

I went here several times and each time I’ve had issues . They are super slow , and the food is never really warm . I went to order two hot chocolates today and I guess they were training a new girl at the first window, once I got to the second window some older lady handed me a hot chocolate me when I told her I ordered two she said “ oh there’s nothing I can do about that” I offered to pay for the second hot chocolate seeing that their cashier forgot to add it although I said it multiple times . Instead of actually helping me , the older woman at window two says , I would have to get all the way back in the long drive through line to order again , ANY other McDonald’s would have been more helpful, but because this one is in the hood, of course it’s raggedy and the employees are lazy. I hate coming here I just took my money and left , then I called back to speak to the manager and sharkala however you spell it I really could care less , she answers the phone , I asked for a manager and this girl hung up on my face , so when I called back to get her name all of a sudden she never hing up on me and she immediately blamed it on someone else, I said girl I know your voice I was just speaking with you and you hung up on my face.
