I used the human who was friendly, patient and kind in answering my questions, and helpful with options when I didn't see them available on the electronic menu. I was impressed with the courtesy at both drive thru windows. They prepared the order accurately and quickly without appearing rushed. The food was perfectly prepared, fresh. Sometimes I order food at other places and it's smashed together and messy presentation. I opened my bag. It appeared thoughtfully packaged with a couple of napkins, food well placed, and straw in the bag for my drink. I opened my filet o fish and it looked just like it does in the ads. The fries 🍟 were hot and had a dash of salt and crunch. The chocolate chip cookies 🍪 were warm, like Mom had made them recently. I go one night and the drive thru line is like 20 minutes long and when I finally get to the front, 1) the second lane that says it's always open is closed, and 2) they say they're only accepting cash! Then I go a different night and there's some stupid kid trying to panhandle while I'm in the drive thru in the middle of ordering.
