Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10:44pm. If i could give a 0 star I would. I am a partner driver who was sent to their location for a pickup. After sitting for over 10 mins before I could get to the callbox in drive thru, i let the employee know that i was there to do a pickup and gave the name. He told me to come around to the door.. I thought this to be unusual so i asked "Did you say come to the door" and he said yes. I stated that as soon as I would be able to get out of line I would. I sat in line for another 10 mins before I was able to get out of line. I parked my car and came to the door and knocked. All I could see was the mgr on duty and the young guy at the window. I knocked several times because I wasn't sure if they hadn't heard me or if they were just ignoring me. When she finally turned around, I pointed to the logo on my shirt to let her know i was there for a pickup. The security guard came around and let me in. I gave the manager the name on the order again and she started yelling at the employees in the back in Spanish. The only thing i got was she was saying something about the company i was picking up for. I turned to the security officer and started asking him questions in regards to letting me in, as I thought it to be unusual. He let me know that he was just chewed out for letting me in. I told him but the dude taking the orders was the one that told me to come to the door. We continued to chat about the situation and she blirted in asking me about my order again.. Now i'm waiting over 30 mins and she dont even know who I'm picking up for, which means my order isn't even ready. I gave her the name again.. and then turned to the officer and kept talking him. She interrupted my conversation with him saying "if you got an attitude, you can leave". I asked her what was she talking about because I hadn't presented one and that I wasn't even interacting with her. She repeated twice that if i had an attitude, i can leave. Then told me she was going to call the police on me and told me to get out. I asked her why would you say that to me and she said to get out. I have never been treated in such a way at any restaurant. It was insulting and demeaning! Whatever issue she had with her staff and policy should've been taken up with her staff. Treating me as though I was trash and was interacting with her in a threatening way was so insulting that I will never do personal business with this restaurant. I gave her no reason to act like that and obviously she gets away with treating people like this. People like her should not be a manger. Read moreDrive through is extremely slow. No surprise the ice cream machine is always out of order. On 3 separate occasions I’ve received burnt pies. The first time I trashed them because I was not going to make a 2 mile trip back up there for a refund. The second time I had my children to check the pies prior to leaving. Glad that I did because they were burnt also. I informed the worker and she got the manager. The manager came to the window frustrated as if I did something so instead of asking for new pies I requested a refund. Now each time I go I order 6 pies because I have a 6 person household (4 of them are kids). The pies are 2 for $1.19 so that would be $3.57 plus tax so around $3.86. The manager did not open the register. Lord knows where she pulled the money from. She literally gathered a fist full of change and handed it to me with the attitude and all. I had time since she had time so I counted it. She gave me $2.75. When I told her that it’s only $2.75 she reached down and handed me another quarter. I told her it’s still short and she handed me another quarter. I can’t make this foolishness up. To avoid joining her miserable parade I pulled off because . I would have not been shorted if she would have used the register and did a proper refund. I said to myself I wasn’t going to go there again but unfortunately yesterday my children spotted that golden arch along the route home. I really wish I would have taken another route. Ordered our food and apple pies as usual. Waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes and it began to storm. The storm distracted me from following my mind and checking the food. Get home and I hear my kids, “yuck, I can’t eat this...I can’t bite this”. Look at all the pies and guess what! No surprise ... they are ALL BURNT. Burnt to the point that the apple filling was completely solidified. No moisture at all. I’m not going to waste my time or money there anymore. Pies will go in the trash. Read moreI normally visit this McDonalds during the day, and now I see why. One Saturday evening I was out with my children and we decided to stop at this Mcdonalds. HUGE mistake. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to place my order, I get to the window, the cashier was on his phone texting, he finally collected my money after he looked at me for a couple of minutes because I had put my window back up; it was cold. I then get to the pickup window, 2 crew members were just standing there talking even though they knew I was at the window. Eventually got my food, pulled up to the take out section to check the order, and it was wrong. Send my daughter to go inside, but the guard closed the door in her face and said the lobby was closed. Finally got back in line and waited another 30 minutes to get to the window to just finally say I wanted my money back. Let me mention, while I was in line, I called the store 15 times and got hung up on twice, so when I asked for my money back, they asked for the bag and inspected the food as if I had eaten it. So the manager then very rudely said, I will give you the money back for the food; I did not agree with the total, she asked why. I told her AGAIN, I was missing part of my order and needed my money back, she acted like she did not want to give me my money, but when I asked if she was the one who hung up on me because I was about to get out of the car, she hurried and returned my money.
