McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Went thru drive thru. Ordered my food.excited on new years eve. Ordered what I wanted. Get to window still happy she slid my gift card. Me & my sister and law still happy tell them happy holidays. Get food way at family dollar finsta eat. Food wrong. Go back thru drive thru tell them order incorrect. The lady Neva apologize act like well we was wrong. But the one who took or order was like yeah she just cm thru she was nice she ordered some bundles and alot of stuff I don't remember wat but it was sum stuff I heard her. I'm looking for my receipt because I was hvg fun so I had done put everything up as I was cheerful enjoying life.. the other lady SD I HV to hv your receipt. We in a whole drive thru full of folks. I asked for coffee with 10 sugars on the inside when I came thru. Tasted coffee no sugar. I'm telling her that also. She say well not my problem. And try to hand me sugar to put in myself. I say no ma'am. I asked for them inside. And I will wait. The one supposed to be the manager always HV a attitude when I come thru or inside. I don't know what her problem is. She is a Hispanic lady.. They must be hiring because every time I come lately it's slow they want you to pull up instead of completing your order. I had to refrain myself from acting up. She the same lady last time whom told me to go all the way back around to get a apple pie. I believe she has a authority problem.she is rude and they gone loose good business that way. See I use to order so much mc Donald's that even my family give me only mc Donald's gift cards. We laugh about it. When I raised my children they had McDonald's several times a day and I cooked but its the idea of them having a happy meal that used to be in the box wit the toy. They took that away. Now prices has raised no mcdouble for a buck. No real dollar menu. Cinnamon rolls be hard .. Customer service stinks . One manager came outside the drive thru and started giving the customers they order and called the police on me because I refused to go back around to get a cup of ice. I said I waited in the line 30 mins and the person at speaker SD ask when you get to window. I did what they said then I SD well I will even pay for it at this point. She SD she don't take orders at this window and I asked for manager. Boom it was the outraged Hispanic lady. I knew it was finsta get out of hand because she always trouble. Yall need to remove the Mexican old man from McDonald he is very rude for no reason I’m a restaurant manger and I’m not even like this with my customer if they are right or wrong customers should not be treated like garbage we are the reason why they get a paycheck so they should be thankful that they have any sales because if they didn’t have any they wouldn’t have had a paycheck I’m currently waiting to get my order made or refunded back and I told them I will not move until I get my order or refund and they say they couldn’t do neither I would have to re order the order again from the Mobil app and get charged again for it which is ridiculous and I am not doing that therefore they can call the cops I’ll wait till they get here or I get my order or refund back it’s always an issue with the Mexican old guy with no teeth every time and when it is someone else there is never a problem nor any issues I order through the app pick it up and go without any wait or anything they called the manager saying they will only do it this one time instead of blaming the customer for it check your employee first he has to be doing something wrong for me to only have a issue with this old Mexican man like i said the days this man is off or works another shift it is no problem at all but all of a sudden he works the system is down or it didn’t go through when it clearly has gone through the first time this happen to me I had to wait till it was not pending in my account and ask for my refund back and they said they could only give me the food but no refund so ever since then I say I’ll just wait and they can...

Where should I begin?! Order a 20pc nugget meal and you'll get less. Say you want sauce and you won't get it. Order coffee with cream and sugar on the side and you won't get it. All of these things because this McDonalds keep hiring kids who don't pay attention to orders or won't add what you ask for. There are people out here who would do a WAY better job because they know they actually need one. The customer service here is trash! I don't care how you feel, your job is to make the customers happy and glad that they're SPENDING THEIR MONEY HERE.
