Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I love Papa John’s, but this new location isn’t good. Maybe try ordering from a different location. I was served a sopping wet pizza, not sure if it was grease, but completely inedible. Also, I ordered a small cheese pizza yesterday and somehow ordered a Alfredo cheese instead of original pizza sauce. I brought it in and asked if I could get the original cheese pizza made instead as it was an accident. The man at the counter was very rude, said it was my fault, called his boss who told him to remake it, which I guess he did not like, so he throws the pizza across the store and says “nothing is wrong with it!” after a different employee asked what the issue was. Do not waste your time or money on pizza from this location. I have ordered from here at least 5 times and out of those the last 4 times the pizza has been piss poor. I ordered a pizza with 1 singular topping and added extra for that topping and has every time had barely any on the pizza. And instead of offering to fix it, I instead was told "thats extra to us". Ordered two large New York style pizzas, pepperoni and sausage, both were squished and rolled. I proceeded to call to get the pizzas replaced the manager sent two more and both were the exact same way. The delivery guy took photos of the pizza and went back to this location to show the manage the issue at hand.
