I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated at this location. I complained online 3 times as well without as much as a phone call back. I ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I clicked "I'm here" on the app. Almost 15 mins later no one had brought my food out. I went in and let the man know my food was never brought out to me. He replied and said it was. I let him know that it clearly wasn't because I'm inside inquiring about it. He told me the woman went outside and looked for me and I wasn't there. I told him I was parked right there (and pointed to where I was parked) and he said the lady searched "the whole parking lot" and I was NOT there, which was clearly a lie considering I was parked less than 20 feet from the front door. He continued to ARGUE with me in front of other customers, saying I wasn't there, insinuating that I was lying. That is UNACCEPTABLE. They had my number and never called saying they couldn't find my car. I, however, called them twice before going in when my food wasn't brought out - with no answer. For him to argue with me and make me out to be a liar is extremely unprofessional. I left there absolutely furious, having to raise my voice and say, "CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY SANDWICHES?!" before he showed me where they were off to the side. When I walked in and said no one ever brought my food to me, it should have been a quick apology on their end and then him handing me my sandwiches. That's it. Should've been that easy. I should not have been argued with and treated the way I was. I am in shock at what occured and have made it a goal to always drive out of my way to go to a different Subway, even though this one is right next to my neighborhood. I refuse to give them another dime. The man became very accusatory, rude, and somewhat aggressive very quickly. And on top of it all, I asked for my guacamole to be put on the side and it was put on the sandwich. I had never had it and wasn't sure if I'd like it, and I didn't. So my sandwich was ruined. I also asked for the bacon to be very crispy and it was limp and fatty. Pretty much raw. I will NEVER give this location my business again. And that man needs a lesson on how to treat a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a horrible experience, the owner should stick to paperwork and let his employees make the sandwiches. He seemed frazzled. 4 six inch; 3 types of bread and one was wrong. It was mine so I let it go. He dropped cheese in the Tuna fish and actually still put it on the sandwich. I asked him to replace it and he got even more frustrated. I asked for the Monterey cheddar and he asked me if this was the one. I asked him shouldn't he know? Two were the same bread, teriyaki chicken and two different cheeses. They were toasted and when I asked which one was the pepper jack he really didn't know and was guessing. I told him he wasn't doing very well at making sandwiches and he went off...like literally yelling. Seriously, it's not a stretch to expect your sandwhich to be made to spec. That's Subways entire gig. I walked out and drove to the one near Kroger. They got it right first try and with a smile. I'll drive the extra distance...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter arrived at this location 30 min. before closing time and the door was locked. The open sign was still on, so when she looked in, wondering why the door was locked, the employees saw her and just turned the sign off. I contacted the corporate office asking why one of their stores would close 30 min. before closing time. They responded saying that someone from the store would contact me, this was two weeks ago and no one has responded. Our family goes to this location at least once a week and always tip the employees. Now my daughter said that she never wants to go to Subway because of the humiliation she felt, having them just disregard her, with everyone in the store looking at her. Why would a business just turn away someone 30 mins before...
