Snappy Catfish Mobile Food Trailer-Catering — Restaurant in Dallas

Spent a little over 33 dollars for my family's dinner at SNAPPY'S CATFISH ON SINGLETON little after 7pm, but my four peace fish basket had hair in it , I immediately pick up the phone and called snappy's but they was closed, so I left a message explaining my situation. Call snappy's the next day explain and told owner that I even still had the rest of the basket, with the hair in it on my stove if he needed to see it. Well let me say all I wanted was the money I spent on that basket, I explained, but was treated as though I was lying or like I was looking to get over or something. He said he would cook me a three piece, I said I bought a four piece , but I don't want anymore of your fish, I would like to have my money back for that order. Long story sorta short, to have hair in my food was disgusting and to be treated so awful by the owner made a crappy situation, even crappier. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO EAT!!!!! Best catfish, fries, and toast in Dallas. Me and my brother drive from garland every week just for snappys. If it was closer I'd probably be eating there 3 times a week. They season the fries and fish to perfection, treat the customers like a loving family, have great tartar sauce,taste buds are truly satisfied every time I go. I've sent a few ppl there to try them out and haven't got any complaints or bad reviews. I'd give snappys 10 stars if I could, only complaint I have is that they close around 8 and it's not close to where I live. Best catfish, corn puppies, hush puppies & fries I've ever eaten. They also serve wonderful shrimp and chicken as well. Orders are plentiful and still sizzling when brought to the table‼️ The service is welcoming, friendly and the entire staff is TOP grade!! And whoever makes the cakes is a master dessert fixer. Someone said the grandmother does them. The strawberry is my favorite and the lemon is my husband's pick but all are the best‼️‼️ The restaurant has a very interesting and heartfelt decor.
