This Wendy’s location is the only one that doesn’t mess up on my order. Today was my third time coming to this location and my order is still good. However, the employees and their service that they give are horrible. They do not greet you. they do not even try to make eye contact with you when handing you the food rather inside or through the drive-through they just turn their head and hand you the bag and they didn’t even know where your hand is to hand it directly to you. For exampleright now at 5:30 I picked up a mobile order at this location today Sunday, June 23 and it was a young Hispanic girl and didn’t bother saying hi didn’t bother saying you’re welcome. Have a good day nothing. And the young lady who was at the first window didn’t even greet me as well and was just sitting on her phone because I didn’t need a receipt so as soon as I told her, I didn’t need the receipt. She closed the window and literally sat on her phone. She didn’t say oh OK. You know next window or anything literally close the window on my face when I told her I didn’t need a receipt. I did a mobile order. So when I went to the second window again that girl didn’t bother saying anything when she opened the window I said hi how are you? She handed me the drinks close the window window opened it back up to hand me my food three bags and didn’t even look to where my hand was to actually hand them to me And when I told her thank you, she said “that’s all your bags” I’ll still favor this specific location just because they haven’t messed up my order yet but the employees young ones specifically there need to be trained on how to speak to customers and how to greet customers if they are not going to be able to do a job where they are Interacting with other human beings they need to quit that job or be...
Read more2/9/24 ANOTHER UPDATE: After speaking with the general manager Lucio yesterday, I returned to the Wendy's where the on duty Manager JULIA (who by the way looks like the lady that murdered Selena) DID NOT HONOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OR THE MANGERS WISHES. Understand this there is no shame in honest work but when you work in FF & CS industry with malice and nastiness in your heart, you will never succeed. I hope she earns the pay she deserves forever, less than minimum because there was no excuse for JULIA to not uphold the orders of her management. Instead she haggled me to pay half of what was promised to me after a horrible Customer experience. I paid it because she knew I had to, she took advantage of my kindness and for that may she reep what she sowed, because she, JULIA aka Yolanda Saldivar look alike, was the shift manager that I originally spoke with that supported the rude staff and their actions towards be which honestly felt racially driven. Her attitude was ultimately was why I reached out to corporate. Moral of story BLACK PEOPLE don't use this Wendy's, because the service will be inferior towards us.

Read moreI had to pray before writing this review. We have been eating at Wendy for years. Never have we experienced the horrible experience that we did on today. What's happening review after review is horrible. Someone on here even tried to talk to the Corporate Office and was told to callback.
We went today and got a quick lunch due to us running around shopping and run errands. I order the Biggie 5. A double stack with bacon and the drink and nuggets comes with it. I than ordered another double stack and a drink. When we got ready to eat it was hair inside of my burger that made me 🤢 sick. I immediately called the store. I was told to bring it back. But when I got back they were rude downright rude. Nonchalant attitude it took a minute than one young lady stepped up to remake the order. I did say it was a racist feeling because you can see the hair was cooked inside the meat. Not planted inside but cooked. We left with a new order not hot not fresh but a new order.
