Keep the $4!!! The order went goode. The checkout went goode. All nice and professional. Asked me to pull up because we were waiting on the platter. That's fine, too. It came out quickly and on my way. Still all goode, until I get back to Cohutta to find that the SEC and BEC croissandwich are not in the bag!!!! Someone missed the fact this was one total order. Come on, guys either give me the sandwiches at the tyme I paid, or make sure they go out the back with the platter. This is basic!! Called back 3 tymes before they would answer! Told them what I told y'all and it was met with a blank apology and they could refund or have it replaced. Drive back?!! Naw, I am not coming all the way back. So she barely gets my name and I told her I would want to speak to a manager. She apologized again. And we ended the call. I even told her, during the call, I shouldn't have to come out of my way to fix their mistake, they should be going out of their way to fix theirs. But that's not going to be. Read moreI don’t eat Burger King very often but this one is close by where I happened to be working on this day. I gave it a 2 star review because the food was what you would expect from a fast food place and I had no problem with it. However, the service at the drive through was terrible. The young lady taking orders apparently wasn’t using the microphone correctly because there was barely any sound coming out of the speaker, but when I told her that I couldn’t hear her she finally started speaking to where she was audible but was extremely rude. Then to top it off once I was at the window her terrible attitude continued like she was mad for telling her I couldn’t hear her. If I hadn’t been in such a hurry I would have just left and went somewhere else but I had no time left for that. I know that one person makes no difference to BK, but I will never go to that...
Read moreI ate at this location for breakfast this morning and had a wonderful experience. There were only two women working and they were extremely busy, yet they were both very pleasant and attentive to me and the other customers. I was so impressed with their unfortunately uncommon work ethic that I asked if there was a number I could call and let someone know how great of a job they both were doing. I was told my kindness was all they needed. Way to go ladies! I'm not sure who your franchise owner is but if he/she is reading this give your morning crew on 6/8/23 a raise or at the very least a pat on the back! They ran your restaurant by themselves and did it with a smile on their faces.
