Checkers — Restaurant in Dalton

Great food, but lady got my order wrong. Wasn't a big deal. I told her what was missing but she kept saying that she got our order exactly as we said it. I guess she didn't want to admit she messed up. Idk. I was very nice about it, but she seemed agitated that I told her it was wrong. Looking at the receipt, I said we are missing a drink...because she handed us the drinks first as i paid. She closed the door before i could say what else we were missing that wasn't on the receipt. She handed us the missing drink and said don't worry about it, don't even look at the receipt. It's fine. I said well I'm missing an order of food too. Again, she said she got the order right and to not look at the receipt. I said, there is an order of food not on the receipt or in the bag. If I don't look at the receipt or what's in the bag then someone's not gonna get to eat. There's 6 people in this car and someone doesn't have their food. So i told her what it was and she went and made the food. While I did that I was getting my money back out to pay for the rest of what wasn't included. She came to the window and handed it to us WITH ANOTHER drink (we didn't need a 7th drink) and then said don't worry about it again. We thanked her and left. I'm not sure if she was just having a rough day or not, but every customer should be greeted with a warm and inviting attitude and if there's an issue, listen to the customer and fix it. I was nice to her. She wanted me to just not look in the bag or on the receipt so I'd move on. That's not professional. I appreciate the free food even though I was happy to pay, but the receipts are there for a reason and when you're ordering food for 6 people, I understand mistakes can happen but that's why we always check before pulling off and we look at the receipt. People get it wrong for us everytime we are ordering for 6 people (we have 4 kids) so thats why we look before pulling off. I don't wanna have to come back. We don't even live around that area. We had just traveled from Alabama and was passing through. I didnt have time to come back. This was the darker skinned younger girl with glasses. While I was there I placed an order and got to the window and they only gave me one small drink and I ordered two so it was the manager serving me so he gave me the other drink however the girl that took my card had kept my card and I almost drove off without my card and she yelled at me to stop and get it and she had gone back and charged me for the drink. As I was leaving to there was a homeless guy standing by the road and I offered to buy him something to eat so I made a circle and went back to order him the same thing as I had gotten. When the manager handed me my order I looked at him and he smiled and said you came back and handed me The drink I had ordered and it was twice the size of the one he gave me just minutes earlier and I said hey see this is the same size I should have gotten earlier and he said well they're the same price and I said that's what I said before and that was the size he should have given me and not the kids drink. He just shut the window and that was the end of the discussion. So I will not be going back because I believe they are pocketing the money and I was just trying to help out someone in need. So I'm not sure if getting ripped off while helping someone in need is how good deeds is supposed to work out but that's how my good deed for the day went. Usually have fairly decent experiences at this location. But tonight they were out of ice cream. Strange but ok. Ordered and was told st the window I would have to wait 5 or 10 minutes on something to cook. Also fine. Little annoying that they waited until I payed when I could have just changed me order. But the icing on the cake came when they brought our order out and food was missing. I was never given a receipt so I knew I couldn't prove it. Asked the guy to look up my receipt so I could prove what was missing and he brings me the wrong receipt. Get the right one and he still forgets my missing item. Won't be back here during the...
