I haven't been here in a long while. We mainly ate here because my dad wanted to eat here. The place looks like it's been newly remodeled but nothing spectacular. We were seated at a table where one was higher than the other. They had fixed the wobbliness of a table by stuffing hella napkins underneath. I should've taken a picture we found it funny and ghetto at the same time. They had a lot of servers working, but service was subpar. The servers there looked like they hated their lives and couldn't even smile to customers. We were seated right away and ordered coffee. Once the order was taken, that was it. Our server never checked on us. She gave us our food and I had to tell her we needed napkins, etc. When she didn't even bother to ask. When it was time to pay, she was quick to follow me and ring me up to make sure I provided a tip. The food was ok at best. Everything was slathered in too much butter or something. My mom's food didn't look like it was cooked all the way. Mine had me going to the restroom as soon as we left.

We ordered:

Split decision - My dad likes this because you get a little bit of everything. He didn't like the bacon. He said it tasted rubbery.

Chicken florentine crepes - This looked scary to me. My mom ate one and didn't like it. It was covered in so many tomatoes.

Big breakfast burrito - The picture looks good, but what I got was all egg and hashbrowns. Hardly any meat.

Sorry, but I don't think I'll be jet here anytime soon. I know this place is only super busy because there is nowhere else to go. Back then, we had a few Denny's locations to go to and now I think there is only one location that...

This place is full of rude people who treat their customers horribly and they gave off a bias mode towards me and my mom. They did the same thing to my sister when her and my mom went to this place. They never got our food since they were ignoring us and focusing on other people that came after us. Me and my mom order something simply and shouldn't have taken an hour to do. Our waiter was very rude and never put in the order until my mom mentioned it. That was when the waiter gave the order and she was still ignoring us everytime we tried to get her attention. We even got our drinks late. Even another waiter, which was suppose to be ours, ignored us and went to another group (not wanting to serve us). She even glared at us when she saw us waiting to be seated and even gave us a dirty look when another worker told her to come to the table that me and my mom were waiting at. She has glasses on and looks pretty young. It was around 2:10 and we waited until 3:00. We never even got our food. But overall the other times I went there, their food isn't all that and they always serve me burnt pancakes so there food isn't good and it wasn't worth the wait. Besides, after how they treated me and my mom. I was glad we didn't pay for anything since we got tired and left the area. Never going...

Be aware they are not open 24 hours as they advertise. I went there this morning around 4:30 a.m. and they were closed. I went for coffee at Phil's on Westborough Boulevard and returned and they were still closed at 6:15 a.m. one of the employees reluctantly came to the door and told me they were closed for cleaning but could not tell me what time they would be opening. I'm guessing this is a daily occurrence. But I drove all the way from San Francisco just to find they were closed and when you call the phone number all you get is a busy signal. A waste of time and gas for a restaurant that advertises 24 hours a day. I'm very disappointed to...

This IHOP is actually open 24 hours!!!!! It’s very nice and clean and vet well-lit. A really friendly guy named Alex was very friendly and great to talk to, very upbeat, well mannered and very very helpful. He even carried my order outside to my car which means a lot to me because of my disabilities. He was very accommodating and it was very refreshing for once to have someone give me the best customer service I’ve had been given in a very long time. You can tell he enjoys his job and it shows in his service with a smile!!!

There's a 'House Faves' $7 promotion at IHOP. I ordered the Fresh Toast breakfast w/bacon $7 and a ham & cheese omelette $7 via their website. Surprisingly, the food was ready when I went to pick it up. Compared to Nation's, another 24 hours restaurant, I want to say the omelette is a little better at IHOP. There's a disadvantage when ordering to-go. You don't get the different syrup flavors like butter pecan, maple, old fashion and strawberry. In terms of taste, it was adequate.
