Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Daly City

It's my first time here,  I didn't know Pizza Hut had even closed down, lol.   When you walk in, it's a lot bigger than it used to be.   There's even seating tables to dine- in and watch sports.  They have a little claw game and mini machines that have candy or little toys.  I'm blown away how spacious this place is.   The guy who took my order was pretty straight to the point. I felt like it was a good thing that I already knew what I wanted.   It got pretty busy with the line behind me and a lot of people picking up phone orders.

We ordered:

Medium Pike's Peak Pizza (meat lover's) -  I wasn't too impressed with this.   The dough tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way through.  The huge slice of ham or whatever it was, was too much. It almost felt like a sandwich

1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 Pepperoni and sausage- simple yet tasty

Mozzarella sticks - It wasn't cooked,  outside looked like it, but cheese inside was a block and not melted at all

Loaded Mountain Fries - This was well cooked, edges s little burnt.  Nothing special. It tasted like cheesy potato wedges

Churros - This was good,  I wished each piece was coated with cinnamon and sugar

Garlic not-knots - very cheesy and tasty

Jalapeno not-knots - if you like spicy, this is for you.   It has jalapeños on top and inside with the cheesy goodness.   This had my nose running

The food and service weren't bad.   Maybe I just ended up going on an off day when they were super busy. I wouldn't mind coming back here.  Prices...

I ordered online for delivery and gave the driver a $20.00 tip for delivering and when I opened them, both pizzas were stuck to the lid of the box and all the toppings were stuck to the lid. I called to inform them and was transferred to the manager, Pradip, and he listened to my concern and when I was done explaining, he asked me, "What do you expect from me?".......I told him that I was simply calling to inform them of how the pizza was delivered and that I absolutely did not expect anything back; I was trying to make them aware to let their drivers know to be more careful. I've never had any issues with Mountain Mikes and love their pizzas but unfortunately, will be the last time I order from this place. The manager called me back as he could tell that I was upset at his response and offered to send me a free large pizza or whatever I wanted but I declined and coached him so that next time a customer calls to report any similar issues, to say something like, "How can I improve your experience?" instead of sounding...

Hello all Pizza Lovers in the Daly City Pacifica Broadmoor Colma South San Francisco and Parkmerced areas. I would like to give a shout out to MOUNTAIN MIKES Daly City location by Ranch 99 as the Best Lunch Buffet in the area. While other big chains are cutting back on their lunch buffet, Mountain Mike's Daly City is still going strong with super easy parking, super great service from Roso, and best of all, juicy fresh hot out of the oven pizza that is customizable, in my case I asked Roso if he could make a pepperoni pie with extra sauce and he did this with a smile and the flavors and textures and smell and taste were amazing. For the lunch buffet you get pizza, salad and drink. It is a great deal.
