Not sure why or how, but the cashier messed up my order 3 different ways; we ordered a hot venti Americano with some ice, a pesto sandwich, a grilled cheese, ham croissant, a donut, a white mocha, and a hazelnut latte. The cashier forgot to charge us for the sandwiches, so she called me over to pay for them. I understand that mistakes happen, so I just paid and collected my pastry items and 2 sandwiches. Then I was called to collect a drink, so I walk over and see that they gave me an iced americano. We go and ask for clarification and to change the order. I was a bit peeved considering two different mistakes, but then we get our americano and it was supposed to have ice in the drink itself along with sugar but we were just given an Americano with milk and a side cup of ice. Read moreOrdered two drinks and one wasn't up to the normal Starbucks standard. When I asked how they made the drink and if they could remake it, I was offered to have ice added to top it off. That didn't resolve the flavor difference of the drink and I asked kindly if they could remake the drink. I was met with resistance to have a new drink and after asking multiple times, the barista said she would remake it and would like to toss out the initial drink. The second drink was made with more milk and didn't even have an espresso flavor. The barista was not very understanding, told me to order a latte next time, gave me an attitude, and honestly gave such poor customer service. Needless to say, this was not an ideal interaction at a Starbucks and I asked for a refund for my drink. Read moreI don't rate Starbucks based on their drinks because most places are pretty much the same and spit on. This location needs to work on training their staff. I waited in line with only one person in front of me and I see both cashiers start talking to one of the customers and wouldn't even acknowledge that there was somebody else in line waiting to order.
After a minute of them talking, the Batista noticed that the cashiers were not doing their job and got my order. By the time i actually paid, i got my drinks.
