Kristof's Big Foot Subs & Gyros — Restaurant in Dania Beach

I work about 1/2 way between this place and Mr M’s. I have eaten at Bigfoot many times and have always had a decent sandwich fir the $$ compared to Mr M’s who charges fir items like jalapenos. However the last two times at big foot I have been shafted twice at BigfBoth times completely missing the meat in my sandwich. I ordered a Bigfoot and received no capicola and ordered a Italian and got no ham, it had one slice of salami. When your given an hour for lunch and you spend 20 picking it up amd to get back to a $hit sandwich it’s sucks. Now I have to give a shout to monster subs in Oakland park just west of 95. Best sandwich in town fir the money plus tons of meat. No salad sandwiches like the majority of these places...

This place used to be my favorite for gyros and subs, but coming back after 2 years I was disappointed by the food and service. The tzatziki sauce was watery and flavorless, and the tasty flavorful meat i had come to love was sorely in need of seasoning. I was at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me (I know they saw me, i made eye contact and even smiled to try and get their attention)... and then had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to tip on the card for my pick up order (no, no I didnt) and the woman at the counter shoved my order to me and summarily dismissed me with a "here you go"...I used to love this place, but after the dip in quality of food and service, I have no reason...

Love the place! the portions are great and so is service. Unfortunately the last couple times I encountered something wrong. Gave it a 2nd try and I won't be back. While the ladies are kind and fast at such a busy shop, I have seen a lady touching her face (nose) and then scratch her face with her gloves on and back to preparing food with the same gloves. The next visit, she went to the back room and was quick with her phone with gloves on and returned to preparing food with said gloves.. If anything, I would prefer she change her gloves when she is touching other "personal items" when returning to food. I hope this is not to get anyone in trouble but to be...
