I feel bad only rating 1 star , so I added 1 out of pity ... I have never , ever , been able to make an order here without being interrupted & or talked over . I couldn't make changes to my drink because she was speaking to her co worker while I was ordering . The entire time I spoke , so it wasn't just a quick comment or question . She didn't press any buttons when I told her "one less flavor pump" she didn't press any buttons when I said "less ice" , & I'm sure she didn't catch multiple other things I said during my order . I'm thinking that's why my coffee was the only one that had no sticker when handed to me . I ordered a coffee with certain requests & I was handed a chocolate milk shake with whipped cream . I stood in line to ask what kind of drink I was given but I couldn't. Their moods were bringing me down . I would have tipped more for an attempt at a sliver of a smile or smirk or anything other than 'interrupted upset robot' ... I'll stick with Starbucks I guess . That way I actually get to drink coffee with energy rather than a milkshake with sugar & water . -_- This place has not changed . Also , don't sit & enjoy your coffee for too long . Unless youu want a scrawny employee from the gas station side to peak into your windows multiple times & tell youu that they noticed youu sitting for too long . I knew better than to ruin my morning coming here just because...

Read moreToday my wife, as a treat, ordered breakfast for her and myself and the kids. We ordered our beyond meat sausage patties because we are vegetarians. When our order arrived, we were still half asleep and just wanted to have our breakfast. My wife took her first bite and ate it and then said the sandwich tasted funny. She took the top off to discover that instead of a beyond meat sausage patties it was a normal pork sausage pattie. She has been severely ill all day. She has been a vegetarian for 40 years, and to suddenly have real meat digesting in your body has had her throwing up.
When I went to call to inform them of this their phone just rings and ring and rings and rings, no one picks up at all even after 3 minutes of ringing.
Come on, how hard is it to read an order that says Beyond Meat Sausage and just sausage. Not too hard. So now I either have to go to a different Dunks or constantly inspect my food for some mistake that could make my wife, kids, or myself ill because someone doesn't want to go through the effort of getting an order right?
Now, my wife has missed a day of work because of severe nausea that has...
