Biscuitville — Restaurant in Danville

We went to this Biscuitville on August 16 around 10:00 AM, was not busy my dad tried to use a valid coupon, Donald the manager of the store would not accept the valid Biscuitville coupon , he was not very friendly and did not explain why , there were 2 other black lady's at the front with him one usually works the register and the other one stuffs the Biscuits we quit going to this Biscuitville a long time ago because of these very rude disgusting women , they think they run this Business , my dad was going to get the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit , my mom noticed the Biscuit stuffer young black fellow taking cheese of a returned Biscuit and was putting it on my dad's Biscuit! At that time after seeing and hearing all this we decided not to buy anything there. A special note out to the manager he needs to know that from past dining experiences that employees especially those 2 black lady's are ruining his business they should not laugh and signify bad for business! We do not understand why businesses are letting these kind of people ruin the business and cost good employees there jobs? Lot's of Restaurants are closing and the managers and owners scratch there heads and wonder why? Our message is for them to open up there eyes unless they are afraid of the backlash! HELLO TO YOU ALL OPEN YOUR EYES! All costumers should watch how there food is prepared at this location! We lost a lot of respect for this manager in his management skills!...

One of my sorority sisters & myself came here after church. We sat down , was eating our meal, & talking . I looked at my cell phone & it was 1:15pm, they close at 2pm. An employee was doing some deep major cleaning, all of the inside windows in the dining room, trash cans & mopping 80% of the floor. A few minutes later, all U could smell were cleaning chemicals. The Crew Leader/asst. Manager came out to the dining room bc it wasn't clean enough for him, they started talking, the conversation got louder like arguing & this was out in the dining room while customers were there. The same crew leader started cleaning the steam line while food was still up there, he even sat a yellow bucket up on the steam area w/the food. We got pictures. An elderly couple came in no one came to take their order they turned around & left. I wish the Heath Department would have been there. Thiis was the Piney Forest store in Danville, VA. I WILL NEVER EVER...

For me PERSONALLY, this is one of the worst places I have EVER eaten.... everything was PRE MADE and sitting in "tubs".... the pancakes tasted like they were frozen and just warmed up (the ones from the grocery store taste MUCH BETTER).... the guy that helped us, couldn't pay attention 2 our order, cause he was 2 worried about a girl at the drive thru.... eggs are DEFINITELY powdered eggs, sausage was floppy and tasted horrible.... biscuits were hard on the ends and I'm a HUGE coffee lover, and I could even finish half of the coffee cause it was HORRIBLE! We stopped here on our way 2 our Vacation destination, and were VERY DISAPPOINTED.... I wish I could say something good about it, but there was just nothing good... not even the prices. We will never go 2...
