I loved this and still appreciate their great prices, selection, and people although I can no longer purchase cigarette tubes here. I have repeatedly told them the tubes often reek of incense and I cannot use them. I also cannot return them sovfor awhile I'd ask the cashier to open the box so I could make sure they were unscented tubes. Holding up other customers repeatedly has become decidely tedious and uncomfortable. The quality control isn't there. How can 5 boxes of tubes become infused with perfume and then wrapped in plastic? Somewhere along the line something is wrong. It makes no sense but I will just buy...

I can only address the cigar selection, because I've never purchased anything else there. But for a shop that doesn't specialize in cigars, they have a nice selection (largest in this area). Prices are close to online...
