Hardee’s — Restaurant in Danville

Went to this Hardee's on August 16 around 10:15 AM , not busy my dad went in stood at register this young black lady waited on him she did not even speak he had to tell her what he wanted , he had a coupon for by 1 chicken biscuit get 1 free my dad wanted to add egg and cheese to one of the chicken biscuits , she told him NO they would he tried to tell her he would pay for the addition again she was rude and said NO! So my dad said just put butter on the biscuits he also ordered a butter biscuit , my mom ordered a sausage and egg biscuit , her biscuit had cheese on it , the butter biscuit was the size of a doughnut hole , no butter on the chicken biscuit! All the food was a mess , my dad took the food back and gave it to the manager who had a ho hum attitude , did not bother to try to resolve the problem, so we got our money back and left! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ! All Hardee's head management needs to open up there eyes! Why spend all the money to get costumers to come in if they will not even honor the coupons Hardee's prints up? BAD BUSINESS!! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HARDEE'S?? Recommend costumers not to go there! People are unfriendly and plain out horrible as well as other's! Terrible!!!! Prices did not match kiosk...the associates could not take my order properly. So when I got to the window I was being charged $21 and some cents I thought the price was very high so I asked for him to redo the prices for me for each item come to find out they did not match at all he told me the prices on the kiosks were lower and the prices went up they were higher at first he kept asking me for a coupon the worst experience ever my husband and I lost my appetite I came home terrible place at Hardee's even though my husband liked the food he said it was delicious and I usually do like the food but the staff and the pricings were lousy and hard fix it this one was the Hardee's on piney Forest road in...

While the food was delicious, the service left much to be desired be desired. The person waiting on me actually overlooked me when I was right in front of him, and called on a different customer to ask what they needed. When I said I needed to order the guy looked at me as if I was a nuisance or something and I had been in front of him the whole time. By the time I actually got my food, the two individuals I was supporting had already finished eating. I ended up eating two bites off of my burger and throwing the rest away cuz I just didn't have any time. I usually have a very good experience at Hardee's but this is the first time I went to the Hardee's on Piney Forest. I promise you, I will never go...
