Taco Bell — Restaurant in Danville

Taco Bell of Danville, Kentucky is definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants in town... The productivness, combined with the kindness and helpfulness of the employees definitely contributes to my opinion of the place. Even with the limited menu at the current time, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, there are still many great options, thus allowing everyone in the family, from the 2 year old, to the emotional teen, and to the spicy (food) loving mother, to enjoy their food and experience... The $5 box is an amazing deal and usual amazing taste...

When dine-in is available you are able to listen to fun music while eating at your cold, yet comfortable table... They clean regularly and are always friendly. The primary problem is that the toppings always fall off, and hard items (e.g. crunchy taco) always end up soggy (especially if you're taking it home)...

Me and friends went to dine in after work it was fast and good. But after me and my friend left (we had to run to the bank really quick) and my boyfriend and her brother stayed because I wanted the Cinnabon’s and my boyfriend was going to order them for me to go and it took them forever to even come to the front and the guy that came up (finally) said “what do you need” like uhm ok?! And my boyfriend told him what I wanted and then the front register “didn’t work” (it just worked for us to get our food lol) and then they said the lobby was closed. So I didn’t get what I wanted. I feel like their shift was almost over and they didn’t wanna deal with making them. HELLO it’s your job! If I do ever go back it won’t be...

Okay usually I am happy with this particular taco bell but not tonight 10-2-2021 . There was an extremely long line and wait in the drive thru . When I ordered i specifically asked for 3 soft tacos add sour cream, which means that's just lettuce, cheese and sour cream , the drive thru attendant ask do I want tomatoes I plainly said no tomatoes . Now my husband and I got our order and what do I find all 3 of my soft tacos with tomatoes . I hate tomatoes . And they want 15.00 an hour for getting orders wrong . I wasn't about to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes to get different tacos . Get it right...
