Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Danville

This location must have been having a bad day when I visited.

I sat at the drive-through window at about 1:30 p.m. for about 5 minutes and even knocked on the window and nobody responded.

I drove around to the front of the store and all the light up signs have been turned off even though the store hours show that they were open.

I entered the store and there was as a Little Caesars employee seated at the table next to the door eating her lunch, another Little Caesars employee was behind the counter helping make pizzas and her back was turned to the counter and to the drive-through window, and the manager himself was also making pizzas in the back.

The manager claimed that the doorbell at the drive-thru window was broken so he could not hear if any cars had driven up as other cars continued to drive up to the drive-thru window during our conversation.

I ordered a extra most bestest Pizza and took it home only to find out it was a regular pepperoni pizza in the extra most bestest box and I was charged for the more expensive pizza.

This particular location appears to have been badly understaffed today with only three employees present and two of them were working, but the least they could do was turn on the electrical signage showing that they are open, as every electric sign was turned off including the one that indicated their drive-thru was open.

As of about 1:30 p.m. today , this Little Caesars store looked closed down until you actually walked inside. And even after i ordered my pizza i saw they skimped badly on their extra most bestest pizza or they just substituted regular pepperoni pizzas in the extra most...

Made an online order and was told my order would be ready for pick up between 4:28pm and 4:33pm. Upon arrival I was told that they were waiting on my pizzas to come out of the oven that it would be about another 10 min and they would bring it out to my car. Fast forward 30 minutes I had to go inside the store to see where my order is since nobody brought it out to me 20 minutes ago. They stated that they were now waiting on another part of my order for some reason. When the final piece of my order finally comes out of the oven and I get my food to leave and not one time during the entirety of this process did any of the staff or management acknowledge that I had ordered my food over a hour ago by not even going as far as to offer to say sorry about your wait or anything. Then after I make the 6 minute drive back home to eat with my family to find that the pizza that we had originally been told was the delay for our order was now cold because it sat on the table by the oven until the final item came out of the oven. I know this because the oven/boxing area is in clear view from the lobby were i had been standing for the last 10 minutes waiting. Also it wasn't just me there were 2 other regular customers who had been an hour since making their order as well as 3 door dash drivers.

I don't know if this location is under new management but there is a definite and clear decline in leadership and i wouldn't be surprised to see that this location closes in the near future unless someone else takes the initiative to make...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Ordered a hot & ready pizza + crazy bread. Was told by a lady in the drive thru that it would take 5 minutes for the crazy bread to be ready, to pull around front, & they would bring it out to us. Pulled around front & waited for 30 minutes. People from our party got out, went up to the lobby doors, knocked, showed our receipt to them to try to get them to come to the door with our food. Two workers were laughing at us & telling us to pull around to the drive thru because the lobby was closed. So we had to drive back around & wait in a long line for a pizza that was done 30 minutes earlier. When we get up to the window, a young man who was previously laughing at us, was at the window & asked what we wanted. We showed him our receipt & explained the situation, he didn’t want to help & said “let me check” as he took our receipt & acted like we were an inconvenience. Our pizza & crazy bread had been stored into a hot & ready cabinet for 30 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager. The night manager was rude & disrespectful. He was not willing to resolve the situation & made excuses for why his employees were laughing & being rude. Instead of having good customer service & trying to fix the problem, he made it worse by being rude & defensive. It is clear through the yelp reviews that customer service sucks here. Instead of hiring young teenagers with no respect, hire people with manners next time. Corporate will be called as well. Worst customer service I have ever...
