Wendy's — Restaurant in Danville

Came to the drive thru and was told I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order took because they “didn’t have anybody to take orders” and the lady forgot to cut her headset off and proceeded to talk on a whole phone call, they constantly say they’re “closed” when I come at 12:00 Despite everything saying they close a 1 jus completely unprofessional one time I came here and got a drink out of the personal drink machine and had black flakes in my drink and when I told them They laughed about it, as I’m sitting here typing this in the line she claimed the “system went down” and the inside is closed despite it only being 11, after realizing that I was just going to sit and wait she finally decided to just take my order it’s literally something everytime I come here they need an entire new team for the night shift it’s really sad Edit: After finally getting my order it wasn’t even right and my...

So pull up to drive thru to place order....and after initial order we began adding on to the order at cashier's displeasure as we here huffing and puffing through the speaker.....now we are not taking things off the order but adding to the order...which means more money...so I told cashier to keep the order and we'll take our 25 bucks over to Mickey D's across the street.....and I really do t even like mc Donald's .all that much but there customer service was 10timesbetter....sometimes customer service is improtant than the food your serving...Wendy corporation hire people people with better...

Two times in a row this location has had systems down and wouldn’t take orders. When you do occasionally see people inside, they are doing everything but serving food, in their cars, in the bathroom, it’s interesting to watch. I wonder if the system is down or the staff don’t want to take orders. Supposed to be open until 2 AM.The system they use is horrible. There’s no way to get a refund if you order on the app. The system itself shuts down for hours at a time when it rains. This location used to have quick service but went down hill. Wouldn’t recommend...
