Dragon City Buffet — Restaurant in Daphne

I'll start with what upset me: the very first "clean" plate I took, and under it were the remains of food from the previous customer. It was disgusting. I changed the plates. It's a pity that I didn't take a photo. The dishpit doesn't cope with its task. I read a review that after visiting this establishment, a customer developed ulcers on the mucous membrane, so I also received this compliment from the establishment. If only I had read this review earlier. Even freshly brought cola is very diluted, the establishment saves even on this. We were not with a child, but people were sitting at the next table with a baby, and I was outraged by the shabby, peeling table for a child knocked together with metal corners. Some strange individuals in dirty clothes, without a uniform and aprons and a hairnet came out of the kitchen to check the food. And then you understand that it is unlikely that they adhere to any standards at all. The service is a little rude. they weren't rude to us, nothing bad, they just made us feel that the sooner we left, the better. and finally about the food, a pretty good selection, and pretty decent sushi, as for a buffet. I strongly urge the owners to review the quality of the processing of cutlery and plates, remove from use all the broken cracked chipped plates, as this is unacceptable. I felt that they made us feel as if i couldn't pay and gave me dirty looks when my fiancée and sister in law didn't want to get drinks from the establishment as they elected to get Starbucks instead as they didn't want the drinks the restaurant offered and the staff made a problem with me getting steak when i offered to pay dinner time price for it although i had no issue paying what i owed but yet they made it as if it was an issue. I caught staff members staring at my fiancée and sister in law while they were eating behind their seats and it seemed to come across as creepy and spiteful however i dont know why they would stare at them and be that way. They classified us as lunch customers even though we came after lunch ended. They gave weird looks the entire time to my fiancée and my sister-in-law and made them uncomfortable to were they couldn’t fully enjoy much of the food they offered. I really hope you enjoyed making them feel too uncomfortable to eat. Our server Emma was only present when manager asked me to pay for additionally for the steak and toke 15 minutes to give me a knife, it’s also important to note that she barely came by and offered refills and allowed trash to accumulate. This is by far the worst Chinese buffet I've ever eaten. To start with we were seated in the very back of a dimly lit room about the size of a walk in closet far away from the buffet line and shoved against 2 other tables. People bumping into you to stand up and walk. Felt like I was eating with strangers at the same table it was so close. They are cooling the place with fans and a portable ac. Everything is dirty, dingy, old and worn. Very weird dungeon like atmosphere. The building is not big enough for all the tables. It was very crowded for some reason, I hope these poor locals aren't thinking this is any good. Because it isnt. The food was not good. Some of it was undercooked. The rest of it was fatty, greasy and bland. I ate part of one plate and left. My wife and I didnt even bother with dessert or anything else. Very pricey for the quality. It advertises as being like $10.99 or something but comes to $32 for 2 people at lunch. Long line to pay we started to just walk out and no more than we ate, we should have.
