I guess my visit was on a bad day because I see that most reviews are positive. Unfortunately my experience was not. I decided to have breakfast while I waited for my car to be serviced next door as I'm sure many people do this. As I came in the store was clean and the guy mopping gave me a big smile. I stood at the counter confused. There was an employee at the kiosk, I'm not sure what she was doing. She did not greet me so I ordered from the kiosk. After realizing that I didn't add coffee, I waited at the register to do so. While I waited, another employee was standing next to me at the register and like the first employee she did not greet me or assist me. Finally, the first girl came to the register and I handed my receipt to her explaining that I wanted to add coffee. i could hear her response and said excuse me, she replied condescendingly do-you-want-anything-in-your- coffee. She immediately cancelled my order and started a new order adding the coffee. I looked at the other employee and asked "Is she always like that?" her response, "like what?" I said "Rude." Overall the staff didn't seem happy could be because of the manager barking orders at them. Bye the way the manager handed me my order and again she did not say, hello, thank you, nothing. Read moreThis McDonald's is so good that they deserved a compliment. I do Doordash . They have been very effective and caring for customers food. They are hard working, caring and concern about the safety measures. I never hold or carry anything in my hand other then the pick up package bag issued to me. This bag contained everything. Other entities will give you beverages separately from the food thus causing it to spill over creating mess. McDonald will sealed up the cover to avoid spill-over and package everything within the large bag thus protecting the customer's food. McDonald sites does that but Many other entities don't care about customer food. Example: How can you expect a person to carry three large cups of coca-cola beverages without top sealed and three separate/other items to a car. While holding those items, it is difficult to open doors to get outside and the car door as well.. It is difficult to get it out of the car for into the customer house as well because of poor packaging. The customer also face that problem when they received the delivery. I see customer struggling to collect orders from dashers that contain beverages with two or more cups with other items. I have no connections with Mcdonald's but they are the best to me in providing Food...
Read moreThis McDonald's location has very professional staff that handles most days well and every customer has reasonable food ticket times. But on certain days, this Mcdonalds gets a lot of breakfast orders and some staff in back of house gets overwhelmed easily causing the front of house staff to get louder than normal when they call out orders sounding like the front of house is getting irritated. Just help the back of house staff members out with getting food prepared. I guess if your in one job title, then the staff member can't move just for a couple of minutes in another job position. In some situations the front of house gets held up by no food coming out and just stand and look at the back of house employees. I couldn't just stand there and look at a person trying. I would jump back and help for a couple of minutes if there is multiple people just staring at a employee trying to put sandwiches together. If that's just a management job then they need 2 managers on duty on busy...
