If you’re African American I recommend you not eat or order from this establishment. You will not be acknowledged and if you say something about the customer service to the people behind the counter, one in particular guy will respond back rudely, making their customer service worse. I came in to pick up my order and there was 4 people behind the front counter. I went up to the front counter and at least 3 of those people acknowledged me but not one of them said hi, how may I help you or we’ll be right with you. You know, showing me they know they see me there. So after a few minutes I said, “Well hello” that’s when everyone then wants to acknowledge me and say hi. I then brought up their customer service and how I didn’t even get a hi or an acknowledgement that I was waiting right in front of them. Then the one heavy set name with a beard has the nerve to give me his back and while walking away saying, “No one has to say hi to you” that’s when I definitely felt a way and let him know I heard what he says and how dear he say that to a customer. That’s not good customer service. You’re telling me it’s ok for your customers to just walk in and you guys not acknowledge them or greet them? What, no way. You’re telling me it’s ok for your employee to say that to a customer who’s spending money at your establishment? That was unacceptable and I’d be damn if he would say that to any of the Caucasian people coming into that establishment. I live in this area too and would like to be respected like anyone else who comes into that location, regardless of skin color. This is not my first incident with one of your punk employees you hired for behind the counter, but after speaking to the owner the first time and not going there for 6 months, I believed in the owner taking what I brought to him seriously and making changes. But I guess I was wrong. I did call the owner and left a message but I haven’t heard back from him, so I was left to leave this review. This incident happened this past Saturday and it’s now Tuesday and I haven’t heard back. So goes to show that your customers feedback doesn’t matter and I’m...
Read moreThe first issue was that the driver couldn’t find my house and had a attitude over the phone. The number is right on our mailbox. The second issue was not only was my pizza delivered cold, but the woman delivery driver had numerous bags of clothes in the back seat with my food. She didn’t have the bag that keeps the pizza warm yet had my pizza under a dirty looking white blanket that had stains all over it. I told her that is completely unacceptable and that it is unsanitary to have customers food around that. She gave me a attitude when I confronted her saying that she didn’t care because the clothes were clean. I explained to her that I don’t know whether they’re clean or dirty, but that her delivering food in that manner is disgusting. I told her that I’m going to call her boss and her response was “I don’t care. I don’t hear what you’re saying.” I payed her, walked away and threw my food in the garbage. When I called to complain the “manager” that got on the phone told me that they’re letting her go because they’ve had numerous problems with her, apologized by saying that “we don’t check our drivers cars. We just assume that they keep them clean” and that they would give me credit. That doesn’t solve the issue of tonight’s dinner that got thrown in the trash. Completely...
Read moreIMHO this is the best place in Norwalk for pizza. Unfortunately it depends on who's working or if they're busy - the quality can vary. When I order wings, I request all flats. I know that can't always be accommodated so I appreciate it when 50% of the time it is. (They do read the special request section regardless as I have seen "all flats" written on the lid but got flats and drumsticks anyway.) Today I ordered a pizza with cup & char with a request for a side order of honey bbq wing sauce. I understand if the wing sauce is an extra charge - that's fine - there's no option to add it on normally. Didn't get any sauce - understandable - maybe they can't honor that request BUT instead of cup n char I got regular pepperoni - which wasn't a special request - it was selected in the menu. I wish I knew when to order and when to avoid to get maximum accuracy/quality - I would stick religiously to ordering...
