Azteca 4 — Restaurant in Davenport

I've been at all the aztecas many times and always loved it and was treated well. At Azteca 4 I ordered 16 oz of extra salsa and when we tried to use it at home it was really thin like water and had hardly any taste. I called and told them so he told me to come back the next day. I brought the salsa with me and when I showed it to them they kept saying I didn't get it from them. They were basically calling me a liar which didn't make me very happy. They did replace the salsa and I also ordered more food. I checked the my food before I left because I hate sour cream and guacamole. Mine was alright, but I noticed when I got home that they forgot my son's tortillas for his chicken and rice. So I called back in to let them know. He said " you checked it before you left". Yes I did check mine before I left sorry I didn't know I had to check for everything. I thought we paid them to get orders right. I didn't know we had to babysit them to make sure they did there job right. Just for the record I checked mine because it was different from the menu. My son's order was exactly what the menu states " with three tortillas ". It wasn't different so I didn't check it. I understand that people make mistakes. MY problem with this was basically being called a liar in front of other patrons and when you make a mistake try saying sorry at least once. After all I am the customer if you want me to come back you should try to make it right without insulting me. I GUESS YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY BUSINESS...

The food is always very good and plentiful! (Just make sure you make it very clear and repeat back to you if you do not want onions since you are allergic to them).

The prices are as expected in the Quad Cities & these times. There is alot of seating and plenty of room (could use more bathroom cleaning and make the place smell cleaner all in general). The booths could use some work because they were uncomfortable to me...but we moved to a table that was just fine then.

(The bathrooms smell bad, probably from the sewer lines that are crumbling on Brady Street and in Davenport. You will not want to sit at a table neae them).

It's a restaurant... where we want to ONLY smell Good Food.

Customer Service is good as expected, would like to be checked on more for how our food is and for more drinks. Had to go find help. The more you check on us maybe more drink and food sales and tips.

Wanted to order food to have for my birthday party with family and friends at my home, pretty large order. Called in for pick up rather than online order for delivery. Women on the phone was abrupt and didn’t appear to be listening as she asked questions about things I’d already said. So both me and my sons food was missing, Murphys Law lol. I call and inform the woman about my missing meal (and that it was my birthday) and my sons missed tacos and said we needed to reorder because we wanted the food. She said she didn’t believe me because she packed the bags and that I was just a liar and wanted free food….W.T.A.F. Then suddenly some man came on the line that didn’t speak English and started screaming at me. The woman returned on the line, I asked if I could please just get the food, she didn’t answer. So I just hung up and will never order/frequent their establishment ever again and tell everyone I know exactly what I know about how they treat guests/good customers. ...
