I went here to pick up a Doordash for delivery. The door was locked and workers were sitting at a table. They yelled for me to go through the drive through. Not a problem. So I went to the drive up window...waited for a couple minutes and finally a worker walked behind the counter and looked at me and walked away. I then waited another 5 min thinking they were getting the order ready. Still nothing. Then the worker walked towards the window then turned around and walked away. So I called the store. The lady looked at the phone but just continued to talk to 2 other worker who were now all standing behind the counter. So I hung up and called back again. Finally she answered the phone. I asked her if there was a reason why they were ignoring me considering they walked by the window a few times and looked right at me. She said "oh your here for the doordash order?" I told her yes that she had instructed me almost 10min ago now to go to the drive up window. She replied with "yea, I didn't realize we were still doing Doordash orders." I asked if she had received the order and she said yes they had the order. Now I'm still sitting at the driveup window and she has her back to me talking to me on the phone instead of coming to the window. I asked her if it was ready or if it was going to take time because I needed to contact the customer considering we have now reached 15 min of me trying to get the customers order. She then told me it was ready and bagged up. I asked her if I could have the order so I could get it to the customer. She then just hung the phone up continued to talk for a min and then grabbed the order and finally handed it to me. So, as far as the food goes I couldn't tell ya but this rating is based solely on customer service. Customer service sucks. Like really sucks. So I ordered a small root beer float. Then my next order was a regular fry, regular drink, and a double burger. I don't eat American cheese. Well they were going to charge me for a cheeseburger and not put cheese on it. They don't have a button for just a hamburger. NEVER heard of that! The pictures show lettuce and tomatoes and onions. So i said the lettuce and tomatoes and onions are fine. I said I'll take everything that goes on it, but no mustard. She never told me what comes on it. Everyone puts mustard on a burger so I figured they did. I also asked to buy a mug. Well I never got my second drink. I was charged for lettuce and tomato but never got my lettuce and I never saw the mug on my receipt. So I asked for the lettuce they never put on. Well I stood at the counter and heard someone ask why is that girl back at the counter. The one girl at the drive thru looked at me and yelled back. Not asking what I needed. Just yelling for someone to come out and help. Not a whole lot of manners. I made sure to get a refill since I never got my second drink. And when I was done I asked to buy a mug again. So the girl yelled to the manager in the back and Then I heard yelling of someone say they already the last one the other day. All they do is just yell around there. Doesn't seem to friendly. Friendly customer service when you enter. However had I paid attention to the facility itself I would have just walked out. I fully understand that business’ get caught up in the lunch/dinner rush but it does not excuse the fact that cleaning should be taking place. And some of the stuff I saw I promise you did not take place in the 4 hours they had been open. Example under the drink machine is a drain and that thing was so disgustingly dirty I didn’t even want to get a drink. There were dirty tables and I myself my mother and my son were the only ones inside. Granted drive through was busy however someone could have still come and wiped down tables and ran a broom over the floor. Management please do better and make sure that a good cleaning is happening at the end of these shift.
