Coia's Meat Lab — Restaurant in Davenport

Place opened at noon and we arrived at 12:15. The place was empty except two ladies at the bar. I saw the waitress and asked if the kitchen was open in which she said it was. We sit down and we order just water. The waitress brings the water and walks away. There were two very good dogs in the bar, and they came over for pets and love. After almost 10 minutes of sitting there petting the dogs and waiting for menus, we decided to leave. Neither of the waitresses seemed super worried we were there, and neither was the guy mopping the floor. We asked if we owed anything for the 3 quarters full plastic cup of water, and they said $3.99. We began walking out and said thanks, and they said nothing back. We will not return.
